Beautiful Waterfront Allegro North Private Fishing Pier, Boat Launch, Pool

You will enjoy the beautiful ocean vista and sunrise from the balcony which overlooks the pool and new 350 ft. lighted pier with benches and cleaning station. Allegro North is built on 9.5 acres with green space for throwing footballs, grilling, playing games, or just sitting and watching the kids catch hermit crabs among the rocks near the shore.
Our condo has a master bedroom with a king bed, new comfy mattress and your choice of down feathered or down alternative pillows, two large flat screen televisions, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet and drawer space for a long stay. The window coverings have attachments for blocking The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination, a his and her sink and mirrors with complimentary bath soaps and shampoos.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full size mattresses and a twin pull out trundle. It will sleep 2 adults or 3-4 children. The limit of adult guests per rental is four for the entire condo.

The guest bath is a tub/shower combination with one sink and complimentary shampoo and bath soaps.

The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, serving pieces, cooking utensils, trays, pans, drip coffee maker, waffle maker, crock pot, toaster, wine ware and opener, microwave, range, dishwasher, disposal, and fridge with water dispenser and ice maker.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer with complimentary laundry soap and softener.

The dining room has a beautiful handmade farm table that seats 6+. There is a large picture window in the dining area.

The den is open with a vaulted ceiling and fan. It has a large flat screen television along with a dvd player. The sofa is great for watching tv or napping. It has down filled cushions and pillows. There are also two bamboo accent chairs. The den has a large double sliding door to the balcony.
Additionally, we have a pack and play, highchair, umbrella stroller, and baby monitor (which works great at the pool if baby is taking a nap), along with games, toys, and puzzles for the older kids.
Charcoal or gas grilling is prohibited on the balcony; however, we have an electric grill which can be plugged in on the balcony.
For the pool or outdoors, we provide beach and lounge chairs, along with smaller bag chairs for kids.
Be sure and bring your fishing gear. Our pier is the longest pier on the bay. It has a cleaning station with running water. The best time to catch fish on the pier is after dark under the lights. If the fish are biting, you will get to enjoy the dolphin antics which is one of the highlights of our pier.
