Amazing Views.

The property didn’t disappoint. The views and the people were all very nice and hospitable. We hung out in Rockport with the locals and enjoyed their recommended restaurants and local amenities. The bay was clean and beautiful we saw dolphins in the mornings 100 ft from the patio. The pool was steps also from the patio and clean as well. I would highly recommend this property.

Reasonably nice but pricey

Good location, especially this unit. Ground floor at a corner. Quiet, nice sitting area in the back with view of the bay. Watch for substantial fees that get tacked on during the booking process, right before you pay -- although maybe it's usual for this area.

Property was amamzing, everything was great… Only complaint doesn’t relate to the property so much as area. Not a lot of restaurants, and things to do. Found a good seafood restaurant close, others wasn’t impressed with…

The porch - perfect view to watch sunrise, fish jumping, and dolphins swimming and playing! The place is beautifully decorated, clean, plenty of room, views from the living room windows of the bay and piers! Even the pool has views to the bay!This place is a quiet hidden gem! This is our favorite! Nina is an absolute joy to book with - very sweet, kind, understanding, quick to respond, and reassuring everything is taken care of prior to, upon arrival, and checkout! We cannot recommend this place highly enough! You won’t be disappointed!

Short stay

Overall the pictures on the website were acccurate. Which is why I picked the condo because I like staying in that area. However, I don’t think I would stay again. I may be to picky, but there were a few reasons I probably won’t choose it again. First, the door is impossible to open. The code works but you have to also turn this other knob, plus pull on the door, AND turn the handle all at the same time. It took us a good 20 minutes to figure that out. If you have only one good arm you can use due to having surgery a few weeks ago I had to have my kids help me open the door. There was no way I could open it on my own with the way it had to be done to unlock and open it. Second- the breaker was tripped so we got that fixed. Meaning when we got there the lights and fans were not on. Third there was a dirty fork in the drawer. Kinda disgusting. I eneded up washing al the silverware in the dishwasher later on. Funny thing was the dishwasher was not working either due to the breaker. It finally did work. Fourth is I am not sure when the condo was last cleaned. The floor was dirty under the couch, a piece of popcorn under the cabinet in the kitchen, and it looked like it wasn’t cleaned by the wall areas. By the plugs and cords it had cobwebs and dust, especially by the beds. It was like no one had been in there in a while, which is not what I expected to see.

Great Location

This was a very nice place to stay and is located quite close to many piers. The pier on-site may or may not have good fishing, no one I talked with ever got anything, but you never know if that's the pier or the particular day... It is close enough to all of the other piers so that's not a big deal. I enjoyed it and felt at home.
