Enjoy the luxurious and oh-so chic main floor while sipping on Champagne in the dining room, cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, or catching a show in the living room. An open-space concept means that you won't miss any actions! The main floor bedroom suite is just steps away from the kitchen and back entrance, dedicated to those who enjoy the convenience or simply are not a fan of stairs.

If a quiet space with a dedicated workspace is most important to you, the upstairs bedrooms are your zone! Feel free to hide out in the spacious bedrooms, sleep in, or catch up on your work!

This space is perfect for a family or large group! Besides our 3 main bedrooms, extra guests can find comfort in the shared living room which is equipped with a memory foam pull-out sofa, 55-in HD TV, and a phenomenal Bose Bluetooth sound bar. The home is professionally cleaned during every stay for your comfort and peace of mind. The full cleaning fee goes back to the staff members. Linens are professionally laundered between each and every stay. No chores or cleaning lists on checkout day - you are on vacation!

DOGS ARE WELCOME! We are animal lovers and had specially gone out of our way to fence the yard and put up lattices under the deck to accommodate your fur babies. Small-medium size dogs are preferred and we ask that you pay a pet fee so we can keep the backyard tidy.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire house, front yard, and a private fenced-in backyard. Smart keypad on the front door with codes changed for every guest. A security system is available for use and a code will be provided if needed.

Other things to note:

As this is a rehab of a >100-year-old home, you will notice that the staircase leading upstairs is a bit narrow. Please use precautions going up or down the stairs. Ladies, there are multiple full-size mirrors on the main level to help complete your look so save your feet and put your high heels on the main floor.

Pleasantly Paris in Indy

I was in town for a week long business trip. The house was immaculate, ample kitchen items to prepare meals, dedicated workspaces on both levels which made it nice. The neighbors were very pleasant and made me feel welcome to the neighborhood. Beds were comfy, bathrooms had a variety of toiletries. My husband and our pup came to visit. We enjoyed the fenced back yard, a few chairs to relax and sip a beverage, while the pup played in the yard made us feel right at home. Location close to downtown attractions, walkable restaurants and Monon Trail for a walk or bike ride. Vicky is a wonderful hostess and I will gladly stay again in the future.

Hello, my name is Vicky and I'm a Sales Engineer who travels quite a bit for work. One thing about traveling for work and spending time away from home is that I miss the HOME feel that hotel simply can't offer.

This is Dan's (my Fiance) and my motivation for hosting on Airbnb. We want to offer the comfort of home where friends and family members can be all under the same roof. We especially appreciate spending quality time over a meal or cocktail with loved ones and purposely created living space in our listing for these moments. Although you will be sharing the space with your friends and family, we all know that sometimes a little peace and quiet from the group is much treasured. This is why we make sure that the bedrooms are as spacious and well-furnished as possible, just for those moments when you need to hide out!

Another thing about HOME that I don't often get during my hotel stays is a private outdoor space! We strive to recreate your summer outdoor living favorites (or create new favorites!) at our listing, whether it is coffee on the porch, late nights around the campfire, or star gazing on a hammock.
