This house was quirky but cute with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on main floor and the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom in the basement (down steep steps, and a bit musty). We came for Butler University, and it's in a great location for that. The main surfaces were clean, but other areas (like the fan blades, walls, ceiling lights, window sills, curtains) were pretty dirty. There is no dishwasher, dish rack, or dish towels, so you need to bring your own.
The basement is really the main course, it has like two couches, a chair and two beds down there. And a whole TV. Thereâs even a bathroom down there. The living room is fun, it has two couches. In the kitchen, thereâs an opening to the dining room which is cool. Overal, the house had pretty aesthetic and is good for groups/kids.
We came into town a week prior to our daughter's wedding to help with details. This was perfect to be close by but not on top of them. Loved the proximity to the Monon!
The property was in need of a deep cleaning, needs air vents replaced, missing outdoor lights and the basement room is not fit for people to stay in. Also, the outdoor trash was overflowing and rugs in the house and basement room were stained and in need of being replaced.
Place offered sufficient space for my friends and I. Close to restaurants and Broadripple.
Back yard space was perfect for hang out. Overall great stay.
