Hello and welcome to our hidden gem located in Peoria, AZ. This beautiful home features a fully remodeled kitchen that is fully equipped for your everyday cooking needs, a dining area, a spacious living room, a family room, 3 bedrooms and 2-bath. This quiet neighborhood is clean and safe. It is conveniently located near the 101 highway with entertainment sites only minutes away. Whether you are here to relax and enjoy AZ magical sunsets or here for a fun time, it will be a memorable stay!
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary appliances and supplies needed to make home-cooked meals for you and your family. For our coffee lovers, there is a brand new Keurig coffee maker for your coffee needs.
The dining area comfortably sits 6 adults.

Our spacious living room is perfect for family gatherings and entertainment. It features a large comfortable sectional, smart TV, high-speed WIFI, and an oversized bean bag.

If you are looking for a quiet area to unwind the family room is a great place to lounge and decompress. Equipped with reading materials for adults and children.

The bedrooms are your personal retreat where you can rest and recharge. The Master bedroom is your haven of tranquility, a place to curl up with a good book or watch TV, features a king-size bed set with a walk-in closet, and a personal bathroom that includes a bidet. The 2 additional bedrooms include comfortable queen-size beds and the guest bathroom is conveniently located across the hallway.

The laundry room comes with a washer/dryer conveniently located inside the home. Detergent and fabric softener is provided.

Front patio is enclosed for added safety, which features a playground and an outdoor dining table. For the grilling fanatics, the back porch has BBQ grill and ample sitting room to accommodate guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I chose this home because it's located in Peoria and close to all my favorite entertainment sites. Also, it's conveniently close to the 101 highway. This quiet neighborhood is clean and safe, with friendly neighbors. There is a community park that is maintained daily, and it's not overwhelming with people so your children can freely enjoy the playground and tennis courts.

THE AREA:
Shopping centers and grocery stores are only minutes away. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from, movie theatres, and a drive-in theatre. You can go for a walk at the Tanger outlets or if hiking is your thing, there are a few trails to explore (make sure to take plenty of water). If you want to get close and personal with wild animals Wildlife Zoo and Aquarium is only a 20-minute drive. Perhaps you want to roll the dice and test your luck at our brand new Desert Diamond Casino, which is down the road. There is something to do for everyone in the family, the young and old, and everything in between.
