Cedar View is one of the best vacation homes at Red Mountain. Located on a quiet, cedar tree surrounded lot in Caldera, and with an open concept kitchen, living and dining room built for entertaining, this property will make you want to stay home on a powder day!
For the chef, the kitchen is kitted out with everything you’ll need to cook a dinner for 14, featuring a top of the line Hallman oven and range and an industrial sized fridge. You will find handy appliances like a Nutri-Bullet blender and Ninja pressure cooker, an air fryer combo, slow cooker combo. A set of knives that will make any foodie salivate and an island that can host 2 parties by itself.
Dining room has a 10 seat dining table, and there are another 6 seats on the island for overflow. Living room has enough seating for 10 and a 85 inch LED smart TV with an integrated sound system and speakers wired in the room and outside on the deck. Off the living room there is a covered, heated deck with a gas fireplace, a private hot tub, BBQ and a safe storage room for your ski’s and bikes.
Upstairs you will find 2 beautifully appointed master bedrooms. The first has a king bed, its own 65 inch flat screen TV with Sonos speakers, an electric fireplace, with a walk in closet the size of a small bedroom, a wet bar with wine fridge and coffee station, if you’re not quite ready to spend time with your family before coffee. The ensuite in this room has an beautifully tiled 2 person shower, double vanity and a stunning soaker tub with views of the woods. The second master has a king bed, 65 inch flat screen TV, patio doors to the large deck and it’s own ensuite with large tiled shower for 2 and double vanity. You'll find a laundry space upstairs as well.
Downstairs you’ll find the den with a 75 inch smart TV for the kids to watch what they want, a 3 piece bathroom and the last 2 bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, 65 inch smart TV and dresser, the 4th is the bunk room. Single over queen bunk with a trundle bed, and full over full bunk.
Pets are permitted upon approval. If approved, a fee of $20 per night applies.
PLEASE NOTE: Have a larger group? You can also increase your group size by booking the downstairs Suite called Cedar Nook which is available on this website as well.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
