Luxurious and cozy!

Stayed here with my three kids — 6, 9 and 11. It was so comfortable and cozy, 2 minutes to both red chairs, and overall just a wonderful winter experience. We can’t wait to come back! The beds were very comfy and everything was extremely clean.

Wonderful return trip

We were thrilled to stay at Summit View again- spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable, and a great location. Paul was awesome to communicate with, and has tons of knowledge about fun things to do in the Rossland area. We will return!

Amazing property and host

Pictures don’t look as good as it does in person (which is rare!). Host was very responsive and accommodating. Quiet, clean, spacious. Will definitely book this place again!

Great condo at Red Mountain

The condo was great. Large, clean, well appointed with comfortable furniture, kitchen supplies and towels. Heated storage room for ski gear. Friendly, helpful host. The snow was fabulous.

Users of Vacation Homes for over 20 years - This is 5* all the way!

Our stay was one that started earlier than expected and lasted longer than planned due to ski injury, we had to pivot from utilizing 2 beds to all 4 and each time we ran into a curve ball the property manager Paul was there to help out! He is VERY attentive and accomodating and to that we are so very grateful. This will be our new home away from home each time we are in REd and it is available.

Great property

Host went out of his way to advise on inclement weather on our arrival and possible road closures. Property was as promised and of very good quality. While not at the hill it was only a 3 minute drive away. No issues and would happily rent this property again.

Wonderful!

With very cold temperatures we were extremely comfortable. Lots of kitchen ware so we lacked nothing. Ski area a few minutes down the road made it easy to get the skiers to the hill. Lots of trails out the front door for Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Warming room off garage was great for our vast collection of snow toys. Beds are comfortable and towels were abundant. Would definitely return to this spacious property near the quaint and friendly community of Rossland.

Best VRBO experience EVER!

This home was beautiful. It was accurately described on the website. We visited in the summer of 2022. We woke up to a view of the mountains. It was lovely. Hiking, biking, and lakes everywhere! The kitchen had exactly what we needed to our stay. Beds were comfortable. Even my teenage son said the pull out sofa was comfy. Owner was a great communicated well. Neighbors were nice. It was just an overall great stay with my family. Highly recommend.

Love that there was separate bathrooms for each bedroom, fully stocked kitchen and a hot tub! All we needed was us and food - so highly recommend we will be back

Since we had others staying in the same complex it was great to be close and the units were large. Used the hot tubs and having extra living room was great .

Red Mountain Retreat

This is a very lovely and comfortable townhouse unit a few minutes walk or drive from the base of Red Mountain. It’s located in a quiet area with fantastic views of all three peaks that make up the Red Mountain resort. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with a king size master bedroom, a second bedroom and a Rec room downstairs with two pullout beds. Well stocked and functional kitchen on the middle floor with a comfortable dining and sitting area. Don’t miss the Private hot tub with flashing lights and fountains! A great place to access Red Mountain and the Black Jack Nordic area across the road.

Red Ski Trip

This place was amazing and communication was fantastic. We’d definitely stay here again. We were a group of 6 friends, and had tons of space. It does sleep 8, but make sure some people are okay sharing beds - Paul also offered a rollaway bed if we had needed it - just ask him beforehand. The sleeping areas are on 1 and 3, while the common area is on 2, so it’s perfect if some people want to hang out later in the evening and others want to go to bed. I think there is a way to walk to the mountain, but we never bothered. It’s about a 3 minute drive. Stocked with all the pantry staples and cooking pans as well.

Favorite location

Everything was as expected and great quality. Owners were very accommodating, providing an extra space heater for the lower level sleeping area upon request. We love this location for its proximity to snowshoeing trails, for the non-skiers of our group. Will gladly return on future trips!

Great overall experience. Could only be better if VRBO’s app was actually functional! Freezes, link don’t work, help doesn’t work. Good thing the host goes above and beyond!

Beautiful place, responsive manager

The condo was large and loaded with many amenities - extra towels for hot tub and bath, shampoo, body and laundry soap, basics for kitchen (some spices, foil, etc). We had a number of silly questions (4 adults who couldn't figure out how to use the TV, we inadvertently turned off the heat on the hot tub, ha!) and Paul was VERY helpful and responsive. Loved the proximity to the Topping Chair - close enough to come back for lunch and head out again. And nice neighbors - we met several of them and they were very welcoming and helpful! in all a great holiday location and condo!

Short quiet vacation in the Mountains

Although the start of our vacation was a bit shaky with no water in the unit when we arrived, I sent a text message to "Paul", who upon receipt, quickly arrived on the scene. After about twenty minutes water was flowing. It is a wonderful facility with the only downside to our visit being the lack of snow at Red Mountain. This necessitated travelling to White Water for a bit of skiing. The place was clean, nicely appointed and I certainly would recommend and will consider it again on my next trip west.
