We had an incredible time at this property located at Red Mountain. The spacious accommodations were perfect for our group of eight, providing plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes. The property manager was excellent with timely communication, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable ski vacation!
Lovely place. Itâs a short walk to mtn. The unit is well laid out to accommodate both socializing as well as giving everyone their own space to relax, read, or sleep. We will be back!
We loved this property! It was perfect for our group of six and extremely spacious. There are loft bedrooms which I read in a previous review and we brought ear plugs and it was fine! We walked to the mountain and skied home. Would stay again!
Beautiful home, even better than the photos. Gorgeous rooms, pretty views from the massive windows. Kitchen is not very big (as in the photos) but works well for one person to work in. The room with the double beds is quite small, with little space for bags but is very cozy. We had 4 kids in that room and it was a bit tight so with two people it would be perfect. All the other rooms had plenty of space and were beautifully set out. Our ski team loved their stay!!
Really nice place, our only issue was the two larger master "bedrooms" upstairs had limited sound privacy. These "bedrooms" are lofts and were subject to all the sounds and going-ons downstairs. Overall, very nice place and very nice location.
Overall was a good stay with easy access to the resort but did have to deal with a couple annoying issues. There were no parking passes as told prior, which added some confusion, but luckily Bridget responded super quickly to my text and cleared it up.
The layout of the house was strange and definitely did not lend itself to privacy. Both upper rooms are lofts and have open walls, including a doorless bathroom for one of the rooms. In addition the bunk and queen room downstairs are connecting via a jack-and-jill bathroom with sliding doors that will definitely wake up everyone in both rooms in the middle of the night.
The place felt like it was put together cheap and had not gotten any love in the past few years. This was demonstrated by poorly placed light switches, sticky locks, drywall cracking all over the house, and an advertised hot-tub that based on other reviews has not been attempted to be fixed in the last 3 years. Bridget the property manager was great to deal with but the actual upkeep of the property is minimal and there are definitely better options in the area for similar or better prices.
We went for the skiing, the location and capacity was great. A short walk to the ski hill.Jacuzzi was in close proximity. It would be nice to have a bigger coffee pot. Pretty spacious.
This is a very spacious condo with easy access to the Ski Resort. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped.
2 of the bedrooms are not private. The are lofts and any sound from the common areas seems to be amplified in those sleeping areas. There seems to be some deferred maintenance/replacement with the furniture. One couch actually had a broken back and other furniture had decomposing faux leather and needed to be replaced or reupholstered.
This was the ideal place to bring my family of 12 adults together. Three bedrooms are on the main floor where 6 couples and 2 solos slept. Two (parent) couples each went upstairs to the loft bedrooms (separate staircases). My husband and I stayed in the large loft bedroom queen plus futon, desk, TV, and spacious bathroom with both tub and shower. I was loved the open design and large exposed beams. Outside temperature was 31 C. Sliding doors and windows (all with screens) open to small balconies amongst beautiful trees, some with views of a ski run, kept the temperature comfortable for most. We brought two small fans to enhance airflow. Electronic locks made it easy for individuals to come and go spontaneously. We had all the kitchenware we needed, and I forgot about the on-site manager I could have contacted when we needed more dish soap and an additional garbage bag. We ordered fabulous pizza from Mystic Pizza and enjoyed fresh milk, eggs and produce from Ferraro foods. Itâs cool the resort condo is so close to Rossland (5-7 min) and Trail. This was a great spot! Thanks for sharing it with us.
We enjoyed most aspects of this property. Good common areas. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Lots of beds and washrooms. We wish we had been notified of hot tub closure that Brigette highlighted we would enjoy when we booked. It had been closed all year, and is one of the highly desired amenities on a ski trip. We were surprised since the BC mask mandate had passed. Secondly, both master bedrooms and on suites are open lofts to the the common space below. Sleeping in and privacy is a challenge. Neither bedroom has a door, and one master bath has no door. Luckily we were close friends with the other family! Itâs about a km walk to lifts and you can almost ski home (older less mobile skiers will need to drive). We still enjoyed the stay.
Great place for large group. Convenient to slopes. Tons of space, including 2 living room areas. 2 of the bedrooms are lofts though and one bathroom doesnât have a door
Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay. A little snow would have been awesome was sorry to hear the hot tub was closed due to covid. Would come back again. Better directions for skiing back would have been helpful. You do have to cross a road when skiing back. Walk to/from ski area wasn't bad
