La Quinta desert dream home - private pool and jacuzzi

Our home is a contemporary style home in the private gated Esplanade community in La Quinta. The house is a single level with a fabulous open style and a lot of natural light. The house is set up as a vacation get-away with a beautiful private backyard compete with heated pool and jacuzzi tub, lots of outdoor seating and lounging and a barbeque and outdoor dining set. Note, there will be a charge for long term pool heating. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, convection oven, cooktop and dishwasher with seating for 8 people. The kitchen flows to the living room with large sectional couch, TV and fireplace. The adjoining game room comes with an 8-foot slate pool table and foosball table. Next to the game room is a cozy room with comfy couches which can be used for a quiet afternoon nap, reading, board games and is set up with a desk and monitor for remote working. The house has four large bedrooms with 2 kings and 2 queens. Two rooms have full ensuite bathrooms while the other two rooms share a common full bathroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The two-car garage may be used to park cars out of the hot sun but also has a table tennis table.
