PET GUIDLINES
Dogs are welcome (maximum of 1 dog) with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, which must be paid prior to check-in.
The fully fenced backyard provides a great space for your dog to play. Please walk your dog outside the property for bathroom breaks whenever possible.
Dogs must be fully house-trained.
Any indoor pet accidents, excessive shedding, or pet-related damage will result in additional cleaning and/or repair charges.
Please clean up after your dog at all times, including in the backyard.
Dogs must not be left unattended at the property unless they are securely crated.
SUPPLIES & FEES:
We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent upon arrival. For 30 day stays, guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Our property has four exterior-only security cameras located at the Driveway, front door, backyard, and side yard. They face outward toward entry points, record no audio, and are used for safety and insurance purposes. There are no indoor cameras anywhere on the property.

- Spa heating typically takes about 30 minutes to heat.
Please turn off the spa heater after each use.
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee.

An Olympic-size heated swimming pool is also available at Civic Center Park, just a 5-minute walk from the property.
- Missing or Damaged Items:** Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs, plus a fine of up to $2,000, where permitted by law.
- House Rule Violations:** Violations involving occupancy, parking, pool rules, illegal substances, or unauthorized property use may result in fines of up to $3,000 and/or eviction, subject to applicable law.
-AC Settings: The thermostat minimum is 75°F cooling and 77°F heating due to prior misuse. If this is a concern, we can discuss seasonal adjustments.

Occupancy Limit:
