The kitchen is equipped with all major stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials. To help jump start your day, we provide coffee, cream and sugar. Our dining area has seating for four. Relax on our sofa and stream movies, games, and shows on our 55" Samsung smart tv. Head up the stair to the loft. The loft has a king sized bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress, air conditioning wall unit, tv, large closet, and desk . There are private parking spaces in the back as well as street parking in the front. We are blocks away from the Perry District which has several eateries and unique shops. It is one of the most diverse places in Spokane. Start your day with some bread and pastries at Grain Shed. It's only one block away! The Gran Shed is a truly special brewery and bakery where all the ingredients are locally sourced. Grab some coffee at The Meeting House or The Shop. In the summer, The Shop plays parking lot movies! If you go to Perry Street Brewing, you should try their milk stout. South Perry Lantern is also a great place to hang. If you are more in a "detox" mood, you can try Purple Haze at Wellness Tree Juice Bar. Get some lunch at South Perry Pizza and try some cheese curds at Wisconsin Burger. The listing says we have two beds and accommodate 4 guests. Please note that the second bed is a queen sized aero bed mattress that guest can set up in the living room.

Please note that we only supply a starter amount of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo etc. Please plan to purchase more if you run out. We also do not supply any perishables in the fridge such as ketchup and mustard. Please plan to bring or purchase your own.

A $250 damage deposit holding fee will be charged 1 day prior to check out and funds will be released after no damage is confirmed. If damage has occurred or items are missing you will be charged the amount of a replacement item or the cost to fix damage.

• No Parties or Events: Please note this is NOT a party house. If you are looking for a place to do it, please book elsewhere. Any excess noise and activity will be reported by our neighbors.
• Only guests on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight
• Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Any other items flushed down the toilet will result in an automatic minimum charge of $250 to have someone come out and fix any resulting plumbing issues. You will be responsible for paying this bill if it is determined that the plumbing issue was caused by items other than toilet paper being flushed.
• No moving or rearranging of furniture is allowed. If any guest its found to have moved or rearranged furniture, they will be charged an $80 furniture moving fee. This fee is applicable if an average-sized woman is not able to easily move the furniture pieces back to the original location.
• No illicit drugs or criminal behavior will be tolerated. If a guest or visitors of original guest on the reservation is found to be in violation of this rule, their reservation will be immediately canceled without refund and they will be evacuated from the premises. In addition, proper legal action may be taken against the offending individual. Anyone to be found in violation of this rule may face additional consequences, such as fines, eviction, or criminal charges.

Before you leave, we kindly request that you do the following.

1. Take out all the trash including the perishables in the fridge and freezer. Garbage and recycle items should be put in their respective outdoor cans.
2. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run the cycle.
3. Gather all towels and set by the laundry room. It is a huge help if you can start a cycle of white towels only. If an item has a stain, please place that in an obvious position so we can properly treat it.

Double check you have all your belongings and don’t forget to logout of your personal TV accounts like Netflix. Turn off the lights, close and lock the exterior doors and please notify us of your departure.
