Les clients apprécieront le confort de cet appartement entièrement meublé avec une chambre à coucher et situé au sous-sol. La chambre principale a un lit queen confortable. Le grand salon dispose d'une grande télévision, et lit gigogne super confortable pour dormir 2 plus. Il y a aussi un futon en taille réelle. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse. Le point culminant est la rivière Spokane ci-dessous - Venez profiter du paysage paisible. It is located on an amazing river spot, with really nice lawns and outdoor spaces. The rental is super clean and functional, with comfortable beds, a good shower, and nice towels. We felt comfortable and at home there. Will stay there again if we need to be in Spokane Valley.

Excellent property, far from the hustle and bustle but near to the city. The river views are beautiful, the home was cozy and well-appointed, and the hosts were warm and welcoming.

We loved our time here. Beautiful place, amazing hosts! They were very friendly, helpful, kind, and responded quickly. The river and landscaping was beautiful and peaceful. The vrbo was cosy and clean.

Lovely!

Beautiful property, loved that the home had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of extra towels, and very cozy. Owners were excellent communicators, and even turned on the outside light when we weren’t back before dark (thank you!)Easy to find, quiet location but close to everything we needed!

This has been our favorite VRBO stay to date! The property is clean, comfortable, and situated right on the beautiful Spokane River. We had our coffee on the dock, kayaked in the river, saw eagles, a beaver, geese, and more. Carolyn and Doug were so friendly and helpful-- we couldn't have hoped for better hosts.We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

Plenty of space and nicely decorated. Well stocked. Super clean. Low ceilings if you're taller than six foot .

oh my - ceilings are 7 foot - except into the master bedroom where for two feet they are 6 feet 5 inches.

Quiet retreat at the Eagles Nest

Thank you for the lovely weekend. We didn’t see any eagles, but the sun rises on the river were gorgeous. Nice place to stay in well established neighborhood. Thank you!

Hidden gem

This apartment was perfect for our golf getaway. The view was incredible and everything was very clean. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Spokane.

Enjoyable stay at the Eagle nest

Had an enjoyable stay at the eagle nest this weekend! Property was clean stocked and on the river. Host were very helpful and easy to work with. This is a good place to stay and explore and enjoy Spokane and the Spokane river.

Beautiful views, excellent hospitality made for a perfect stay!

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The views were breathtaking! The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. The space included plenty of room and was clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed staying here and would again.

Doug and Carolyn are wonderful hosts. The location and property is very well maintained an very comfortable. Beautiful setting on the Spokane River. Easy access to Spokane and Courdelane ID along with any resources, restaurants, etc you may need.

Relax by the river

The location cannot be beat! Sitting outside listening to the river go by makes the perfect backdrop for relaxing coffee in the morning or a nightcap to end the day.

Riverfront getaway

We were recently in town for a wedding and stayed at Carolyn's place. From the freshly ground coffee to the peaceful river setting, our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again next time in town. Both Carolyn and Doug were great hosts.

Born and raised in Spokane. This home was built by aunt and uncle. It was one of the first homes on the river. After they passed, I was able to buy the home from the estate and have tried to love on it ever since.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love this home because we feel like it is our little hidden mecca - so close to everything, yet, once you are here, you feel as though you have gone to some remote area with all the wildlife around, and the beautiful scenery. In the summer months, one can enjoy all the water has to offer- swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just sitting on the dock!
