This is a nice property and great location if visiting Gonzaga University. Master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances.

College Tour '24

Pre and Post Op

This was the perfect solution for a comfortable setting to prepare for my daughter’s surgery and to recover enough to travel back to our hometown. The hosts were kind and caring and incredibly generous when post operative complications made an extra days stay necessary. Communication was excellent as well. What a darling home! We will book again!

I had a great experience. The house was perfectly laid out. Great size. It had everything that I needed. Comfortable bed. Off street private parking. Secure, fenced yard. Awesome remodel job. Heat worked effectively. Will stay again!!

They watch you on cameras during your whole stay

Property is in a less than desirable area, grass was overgrown and amenities are limited. The beds are awful and I left with back pain. The owner has cameras everywhere and violates the standards of VRBO by doing so. The owner, Anna, tried to charge me extra saying I had three adults staying there when it was myself and my 14 year old little brother. On two days of our 5 day stay my 15 year old cousin came to hang out, which i had previously told the owner about. He lives a couple blocks away and wasnt staying overnight, rather just coming to visit. I received a message from the owner which i didn't see right away and 30 minutes later a phone call statung she had changed the code to get in and was holding our belongings inside until we agreed to pay additional charges. This is theft. She finally agreed to allow me back into the home but i had to fight with VRBO to get the charges reversed. My entire trip waa ruined because of the owners. Mine and my family's privacy was violated and we have no idea what all they have recorded of our stay and have now sought legal advice. Stay far away ftom this property!!!!!

Girls weekend!

House was exactly what the pictures on Vrbo depicted. Probably better in person even. The house had everything that we needed. Super clean. Neighborhood was absolutely fine. Super quiet. (Thought maybe us women would be to loud at times!! )Never a problem. Host emailed to check in to make sure that everything was OK and that we didn’t need anything. Made our stay fantastic!! Created some new memories and we are all very grateful!!

Not so “Glam” in Gonzaga

Well, I spent about 2 months and 3 weeks at the property. First, the positive things. The owners Anna and Harry were very accommodating and responsive. The air conditioning worked great especially during some of the hot, 100+ days. The memory foam bed was very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were acceptable even though the water line in the fridge broke twice, it supplies the filtered water and ice maker. Harry fixed it once but the second time it was just turned off. Now the negative. The house was very dark with just okay lighting. Nice porch in front but the location is in a very, what I’d calll, “sketchy” and not safe neighborhood. I sat out front only twice for I heard a lot of neighbors verbally aurguing and fighting. After that I’d try to relax out back. The back had a decent 6 top table but it looked out on an ally (cobbled together chain link fence with no privacy)! On top of looking at a dumpster and low income apartments I experienced young men walking down the ally at night, urinating in the ally and, again domestic yelling and arguing. The front street has an appliance damaged and dented warehouse down the road so delivery trucks we’re driving up and down the road frequently. I definitely don’t recommend this for long term rental and questionable for short term.

The house was clean, and very nicely decorated although some repairs need to be made such as the tv wall mounting being done correctly so that it doesnt pose a possible injury as it does now because the screws are hanging out of the wall. The front and back yards were not tended to making it difficult to get luggage inside and I sprained my ankle trying to do so and navigate the holes and uneven concrete. Last but not least the neighborhood is in no way safe..i actually ended my stay early and left last night at 9pm ....i did not feel safe due to the area and family i have that live in spokane said that the area of this home is one of the worst in spokane
