This luxury unit has everything for short-term and long-term stays. Located just minutes from the best hospitals, McAllen International Airport, La Plaza Mall and spotlight. Also, it is at short walk form McAllen Downtown and the most popular restaurants and bars on 17th Street. This second floor - 2 bedroom apartment and one bathroom also has 55" Smart TV, Queen-sized beds, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a coffee station. Exterior surveillance cameras for guests’ security.

Please read these house rules before booking:

1. Visitors are allowed up to two hours per day and must register in advance with the host. No more than 6 people are allowed at the same time, including guests and visitors. A fee of $50 per additional guest per night will be added.

PETS: We accept pets for a weekly fee of $90. These are the instructions prior to your arrival with your pets, and their care at the property:
1. Bring your pets washed and brushed/desheded.
2. Pets must remain in the living room only. They are not allowed to enter bathroom nor bedrooms.
3. The pet is not allowed to climb or sleep on sofas, beds and/or rugs.
4. Towels, blankets, blankets decor, throws, bedspreads, and linens are reserved for guests use only.
5. Pets are not allowed to bathe in the bathtub.
6. It is prohibited to deshed and/or comb pets inside the property.
7. Please come prepared by bringing your pets’ beds, and anything your pet may need.
8. We reserve the right to carry out a site inspection when we deem it necessary.

Great place to stay when in McAllen

It was a very clean residence and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the McAllen area.

Very Nice & Comfortable Apartment

Very nice, well kept & clean apartment. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great beds, comfortable living room & well equipped kitchen. We only had one TINY issue & that is that there was no plug on the bathroom sink. Since there is very little counter space the fear of something going down the drain was an issue. But honestly, that’s a $1 fix & our stay was very comfortable.

Súper wow!!!

Nos encantó, realmente nos sentimos en casa. Todo divino, bien cuidado, la limpieza excepcional, el chico encargado súper atento, nos sacaba de dudas de inmediato, la comunicación rapidísima. Definitivamente volveremos a quedarnos en este hermoso apartamento.
