This is an EXCELLENT place to stay -- roomy, great location, plenty of parking, well stocked kitchen. A couple of household maintenance issues kept this from being a Super 5 star! I would definitely come back!

Simon was great and very attentive. Check in was easy, the home was clean and comfortable. My only complaint and it’s so little that it doesn’t even matter, but there wasn’t any soap to wash dishes. I did go buy some as we were there for 4 nights :) I would definitely stay here again or any of Simon’s properties!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this place. It was super clean and comfortable. Also great hosts. It was also centrally located to all the places we needed to attend in Mcallen and Edinburg area. I Highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

Another fantastic stay with Simon

We've stayed with Simon and his team for a few visits, and as usual he did not disappoint. The apartment is adorable, very basic, but has everything. It's the perfect place for my daughter and I to unwind. The beds are super comfortable and the covered parking spot is a plus. Simon is super helpful and communicative with any questions. Highly recommend!

Clean apartment!

I loved that I was upgraded to a gated community. Apartment was well kept and spacious. We will definitely stay again. Manager was readily available and prompt in responding!

The refrigerator was stinky otherwise it was good. Also you didn’t have any handicap cap rails in the bathroom please think about the other ones maybe a shower needs to be installed for the persons who need help walking. And the temperature took a long time to get comfortable couldn’t sleep good

Great place to chill

The property is exactly as pictured. The beds are quite comfortable and it was great having access to a washer/ dryer since we had an extended stay. The only frustration was the supplies were low for the stay (not enough towels, toilet paper, no dish soap) but there's a Dollar General within walking distance for any last minute needs. I will say we never spoke with the VRBO host about supplies because it was easy to manage for ourselves. Any communication with the host was excellent and they were exceptionally accomodating. Would 100% recommend this place. Had considered a hotel instead, but this was 100x better.

Clean and on top of it

The property was clean and well stocked for our quick family holiday trip. Simón was very communicative and replied soon after I texted him. The only issue was with the WiFi. We couldn’t figure out if it was something we were doing wrong or something was wrong with the WiFi extender.

My reservation was canceled at the time we arrived to the property. They said they had tried calling me to inform me, but they didn't. A couple of days earlier they had email me to confirm the reservation and said everything was set. Hope i can get my refund from them...

Don’t do it!

When you find out about where you are going to be staying minutes before check in is no longer available for you to stay in is a horrible way to find out. Then you are left to scramble and find a new place all last minute was we ended up experiencing. The only good thing was I did get my money back from the person right away. But just to be left with no help or options for my family and I to stay anywhere. And for this I Will NEVER use VRBO again!!!

A water main break occurred on the morning of your check-in, leading to minor flooding and damage to the unit, resulting in the cancellation. We made efforts to offer an alternative property of ours with matching amenities, which was the only one available at that time. Thank you

Very attentive

The home was extremely clean! Simon was very attentive and responsive. I was a little concerned that I could not get the information to check in until I was literally on my flight to MFE but I understand we live in a world where honesty is scare. Which is why I have to share this story. I left my necklace and blanket at the property. Simon called me and told me that they had found it and I met them the next morning to get them. They weren't expensive items but had deep sentimental value! They have other properties in the area and we will defintely be back in the RGV and will only stay at one of Simon's properties! The only criticism I would have is that there was no towel linens in the kitchen and no washcloths or conditioner for the bathroom. Oh and this would be an amazing property for people with pets!

We had a nice stay here. The person in charge was easy to get a hold of. It had everything we needed

My kids and had lots of fun and enjoyed the stay here. The manager with us when we needed something. I highly recommend this rental. It was clean and close to a lot of stores. Thank you for having us.

Excellent Host

Due to family ER we booked night before travel. Simon could have declined reservation but did not & rushed to get our unit ready in prep for our arrival. Unit clean, Secure wifi, very quiet. Great for working remote. BRs could use update but clean. Simon even provided pastry from local bakery as welcome gift.
