This 1,050 square foot house is the perfect getaway for couples, small groups and business stays.
Fully fenced backyard is perfect for pets and children.
The space
It has 3 bedrooms including a lower level master bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet , and restroom access right across the hall. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms with walk in closets, and beautiful plantation shutters for privacy. A bottom level modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and electric stove, counter top seating and full dining table, top load washer/dryer, & high speed Spectrum Ultra WiFi.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen has a stainless steel stove and oven, refrigerator, beautiful quartz counter tops with bar height seating,
Microwave and Keurig coffee maker.
You will find the basic cooking essentials in the cabinets: salt, and pepper. Dishes and silverware are also provided. Long term stays are expected to purchase their own supplies if they run out.
BBQ GRILLS:
I have a Webber BBQ kettle grill available for guest use.
RESTROOMS:
The restroom will have toiletries including: body soap, shampoo, & conditioner, makeup towels.
WASHER/DRYER:
The washer and dryer are both available for guests. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The neighborhood is quiet with the house sitting towards the end of a cul-de-sac. Across the road entrance youâll find McAllen city biking and walking trails.
GUEST ACCESS:
You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the extended driveway leading to the hot tub in the private 8ft fenced backyard.
