Relax outside on your furnished, screened deck and take in the beautiful view of Assawoman Bay from this three-story townhouse in Fenwick Island. Whether you're visiting to head out on the water in a kayak or boat, do some crabbing, or visit the many popular attractions just a few miles south in Ocean City, this waterfront getaway is the perfect home base for all these activities! Beach umbrellas, chairs, and cooler bags are provided.

Inside, you'll find bright and inviting living spaces adorned in seaside colors and decor. Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine at the breakfast bar or table. On rainy afternoons or quiet evenings, meet up in the living area, sit on one of the matching sofas, and channel surf on the cable-equipped TV.

You and your guests are also welcome to visit the nearby outdoor pool, while kayaks can launch off the Coastal Highway, just south of the property.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Dirty with dog feces on area rug and hair everywhere

Not clean or maintained. Checked in to find dog feces on area carpet in living room. Black dog hair t/o entire home; even in beds down to the supposedly freshly put on linens...kitchen dirty..counters full of crumbs etc...toaster probably not emptied in weeks, drain flies everywhere and coming out of ductwork, mold on ductwork, black mold all around the tubs and up tile/no working lights in baths (used flashlights), giant webs in entryway...list goes on...finally sent someone 1 1/2 days after we arrived to clean (1 older lady) and man to fix lights... she did routine clean, changed linens attemped to remove feces with spray (lol) and left...man came and repaired lights...no one called or did anything else about the feces carpet...we had to roll it up and throw it outside where it sat on the steps for several days b4 someone came and moved it??? Trying to get any assistance or help from Vacasa is like pulling teeth from a lion. We had a two year old with us and we didn't want him on/in dog feces plus always trying to keep him away from that area was horrible and not relaxing...also having freaking drainflies all over you and everything constantly sucks too! You go away to relax and enjoy yourself...not here...people should be aware to stay away from vacassa, this property and this owner...its a real disappointing experience
