Outdated and Dirty
The Master Bedroom tv is the size of my iPad...not that we were going to watch tv during the day...but to wind down at night. It was also like a poltergeist was in charge of the tv since it would turn on in the middle of the night but shut off 2 minutes after turning it on. That was the mildest issue. The carpets are stained. There is random furniture everywhere that is from the 1970s and cluttering all the rooms. The cleaners left the floors unswept, trash at the front door, windows with fingerprints all over them, sinks with toothpaste still in the sink, trash still in the trashcan. We paid $600 NON REFUNDABLE fee....for what? There was an old, barely working vacuum and Vacasa wanted us to vacuum before we left.....WITH THAT! Better off using the witch's broom! There was no cleaning supplies for us to clean it ourselves and NO faith in the cleaners. It smelled like OLD WET DOG. We sent a text and there was a new cleaner that came and made the place smell much better, but we went and got our own cleaning supplies since we didn't want to put our own stuff down. The reason I did not give it just 1 star is because the location of the place was on point, but the place itself was not worth the 3500/week we spent. They really need to update with that money!
