Take a ride on one of the provided bikes and enjoy over 40 miles of bike and walking paths, including a short bike ride to Fort Rock Park, which includes a playground. Additionally, you and your beloved group will have eight SHARC passes available, which means you will have access to all the fun of the Sunriver shared amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, basketball and tennis courts, and the Deschutes River for floating and fishing - you will have plenty of adventures to share with your family and friends of your Sunriver vacation.

This marvelous home features a mostly open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen and living/dining areas. The large full kitchen has all stainless steel appliances that will definitely make cooking a breeze - if you would like to step it up a notch, take advantage of the gas grill outside to surprise your friends with grilled treats. Prepare delicious meals and snacks that you can enjoy at the eight-person dining table or outdoors with the six-person dining table on the deck with wooded tree views. Then, once mealtime is over, retreat to your cozy living area equipped with comfortable sofas and a propane fireplace. There is also a desk and chair for studying or remote working. The extra living room is equipped with a wet bar and wine fridge at this wonderful home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
