Nice place, great location with no other houses close in the back yard. Be sure to note that two bedrooms share a single bathroom; could be an issue for some folks (not us).
This house was great - not very fancy, but who needs fancy? Sunriver has enough to do that we were active and busy the whole time. We loved the hot tub and the shaded deck, and the location is perfect. I like to be in Sunriver but relatively far from the village and this house is perfectly located.
We had a wonderful visit to see a concert in Bend. The house is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your time there. The hot tub was such a nice way to end a beautiful Bend evening.
Our family had a great weekend at this home. The house was a short walk to the park, which was great for our kids. The neighborhood is quiet. The home also had all the necessities in the kitchen which we appreciated. The hot tub was a bonus! Highly recommend.

We love the house. We feel very welcomed and my family feels right at home. We have stayed here 2 summers in a row and will continue to come back every summer!!
The property was comfortable. This is a nice place to stay. Although the place was dated, everything worked fine. I will say the carpet needs some TLC or replaced.
This rustic home was very clean and well appointed. The only reason I give it 4 stars overall is because the aged furniture, low lighting and the Hvac which is very loud. Property Manager was the best we've every encountered in Sunriver!

Well maintained house with plenty of room with 3 bedroom and 2 baths. Beds were very comfortable. Bennington property manager was quick to respond to any problems. Will return again.
This property worked really well for our family of 4 for a 5 night stay in late March. Comfortable, clean, and with all the basics covered. The proximity to Fort Rock park is great, just a couple of blocks away.
The kitchen had all the equipment we could have wanted, including a blender. Cooking spices on site were limited to salt and pepper, and we cooked a lot, so purchased all provisions as needed. Our only suggestion to the owners would be to add coat hooks on the wall at the front and back doors, a helpful feature for visitors with lots of snow jackets, etc.
All around a very nice spot - we recommend it!
This home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and short walk to the nearest trails, which can take you to Fort Rock Park, the Village or the Meadow & Marina. The back yard view is very private and full of nature. Tons of windows to take in the views. Check-in and check-out is highly coordinated and concierge-like. Much appreciated! Fireplace is legit, with lots of wood and starters provided for easy fire making. Kitchen and dining area can support a decent size family meal, with plenty of kitchen accessories. Wish the TV was larger in the living room area. March Madness was going on and would have been nice to have a larger screen. When showering downstairs, watch out for others who run the sink, flush a toilet or run the dishwasher. Water turns ice cold when this occurs. Snow everywhere during our stay, which was super nice for wintery walks. Wanted to mention the cruiser bikes looked fun to ride, but with all the snow, we chose to walk everywhereâŠand again, the property is in an ideal location.
Everything was perfect. Seamless check-in and check-out (though 5 pm check-in seems late, and 10 am check out seems early). Home has solid bones. A little dated, but so whatâŠitâs a really great place, nicely set among Ponderosa pines. Well-appointed kitchen. Location is awesome (close to Fort Rock Park) being on a cul-de-sac (some homes, we noted, have streets on three sides). Overall, this location is a winner.
This was a great house. Roomy enough for a family with a cozy feel. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking over an extended stay. Large deck looking out over a large wooded area. Hot tub was great. We definitely recommend this home.
The house was in excellent condition and very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out, but also nice gathering spaces. Great location. Service from Bennington Properties was above and beyond.
The property is a bit smaller than anticipated. Agree that it was dated. The Pro's:
Location is nice- overlooks trees and is shady and opne
The deck is nice and open with a very nice hot tub
The indoor outdoor access is fine
The bikes were nice addition
The house is shaded
The cons:
Bedrooms are small
The lack of air conditioning and the way the house is designed with fixed windows made it difficult to cool down
The beds and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. I am still wroking on my back after sleeping in the master bedroom bed. Believe they are foam rubber mattresses?
Wasn't clear on how far away from the river it was but it was manageable in the end just wasn't my preference
The houses in this track are closer together than in our preious Sunriver stay but it does look out to a wide swath of trees so makes it ok
Yes it's dated and a bit run down in terms of decor and furniture
