The master bedroom is a sanctuary with a king-size bed, a spacious dresser, a walk-in closet, and an attached master bath. The two guest bedrooms each feature queen-size beds, complete with dressers and closets for your convenience. The bonus room provides flexibility with a full-size bottom bunk, a single top bunk, and a day bed with a pull-out trundle, all equipped with twinsize mattresses. To accommodate larger groups, we provide 2 air mattresses along with extra pillows and linens. The bonus room boasts a pool table and a storage bench filled with engaging family games - enjoy!

Our bathrooms are well-appointed with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels and a hair dryer for your comfort. We prioritize a clean and welcoming environment. Rest assured, all linens, towels, and floor mats are freshly washed and sanitized with disinfecting products.

* Always check the weather before your trip and pack accordingly.

* A welcome email with the key code will be sent a few days before your arrival.

* Please note that cell service can be unreliable in the area, so it's advisable to have essential information written down before arriving.

* Due to fire season from May to October, fires of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.

* To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in any form within the premises.

* No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain the peaceful environment around. In case of any damage or mess caused during your stay, penalties may apply.

* Guests agree to pay for damages they have caused.

* Please be kind to the white carpet and think about taking your shoes off.

* To maintain a harmonious environment for all our guests, we have a strict ‘no pets’ policy.

* For the safety of both guests and property, external security cameras have been installed around the house. If you have any concerns, please inform us. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house.
