The Space:
Last minute booking will require the pool 24 hours to heat up as we don't have the heater on at all times due to no current booking as we are on our slow season till memorial day weekend.

As you step inside, the first floor welcomes you with an open, inviting layout. The spacious living room seamlessly flows into the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, creating a communal space for socializing, meal preparation, and family gatherings. An extra treat awaits you in the form of a sunken game room, complete with exciting arcade games, a foosball table, a comfortable seating area, and a TV to keep everyone entertained. For added convenience, there's a laundry room with a pull-out twin bed, making it an excellent space for any unexpected guests or late-night movie enthusiasts.

On the second floor, you'll discover two elegantly appointed bedrooms, both furnished with king-sized beds. One of these bedrooms even includes a TV for those who enjoy a bit of entertainment before drifting into a peaceful slumber. The memory foam mattresses and plush pillows guarantee a restful night's sleep, and individual AC units allow you to adjust the temperature to your liking. A full bathroom completes the second-floor amenities. Other Things to Note:
Pool will close in the fall of 2024 sometime in early October.

Pool will only be heated to around 70-75 before memorial day, temperatures will vary based on the current weather. After memorial day we will raise the temperature to 80-84 degrees after once reopened in the spring.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.

SWIMMING POOL ROOM WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Guest understands use of swimming pool, hot tub and the swimming pool area is at Guest’s own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool, and swimming pool areas around the pool (wood floors, deck, etc.). Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool, swimming pool areas & hot tub and holds owner harmless. Guest understands there are potential dangers the swimming pool, may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool, and the swimming pool area if a person has health risks, or using while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guest agrees to explain these risks to all guests at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents guests may incur. Guest agrees to verify entry and exit doors to the Pool. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that Guest will assume all responsibility for Guest and any others for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from guests’ use of the swimming pool, and the swimming pool areas.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
