Waldo has never lost its flavor of a fun, little family neighborhood on the edge of a big city. Today, you’ll find more than 600 businesses in Waldo, 60 percent of which are locally owned, surrounded by a family-oriented neighborhood. It’s a wonderful place to work, shop, live and play!

Waldo is located about a 5 minute drive from Brookside, 8 minute drive to the Plaza, 10 minutes to Westport and 15-20 minutes to downtown KC. In addition, the property is about 15 minutes to the KC zoo and Starlight theatre and about 20 minutes to both Kauffman and Arrowhead stadiums.

Dining area located right off the living room seats four and is the perfect spot for a meal or card games.

Both bedrooms have a comfortable full size bed with hotel quality linens. Ceiling fans, air purifiers, dressers and closets are in both bedrooms for added convenience!

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances! All of your basic cooking essentials are included if you prefer to prepare your own meals! A full coffee bar with many brewing options are included such as a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee maker, pour over and French press. A variety of K-cup coffees, creamer and sugar are provided!

Bathroom has a newly renovated shower (There is no tub in this home)! This home includes Tommy Bahama luxury bath products including, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. One large bath towel and one wash cloth is provided for each guest as well as dark make-up removal towels for convenience.
