Unfortunately, with the current Missouri spring season bringing rain, high humidity and moisture, ant activity has significantly increased throughout the area. Please know that we’ve been actively addressing this by scheduling regular pest control treatments and taking extra preventive measures around the home. While we do our best to stay ahead of seasonal challenges, nature sometimes finds its way in despite our efforts. We appreciate your understanding and will continue working hard to maintain a comfortable and clean environment for all our guests.

We’re disappointed to receive this review, especially as it seems to be a retaliatory response. The unit was booked with a clear description noting that it’s on the second floor with stairs, which the guest unfortunately overlooked. Upon arrival at night, the guest didn’t turn on the available lights and later described the property as “dark”. As for the comment about the decor being “junky and dirty”, we respectfully disagree. Our space is professionally cleaned and thoughtfully decorated. We welcome honest feedback, but it’s important that it remains fair and accurate for the benefit of future guests.

We’re also very sorry to hear about the disturbance caused by guests in the neighboring unit violating our smoking and noise policies.
