This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Shores of Panama 2102 is located in one of the most popular resort complexes in Panama City Beach. This condo is an end unit and has uninterrupted gulf views from the balcony. The master bedroom has a new king size bed with a private bath featuring a tub/shower combo. There is a reserved parking space on the ramp between the 3rd and 4th floor for a compact vehicle.

Just down the hallway is the bunk area. There is a set of twin over twin bunks with a private bathroom which has a stand-up shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you would need to prepare meals in your home away from home. Plates, cups, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. There is also a full size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker. Don't want to do the dishes after dinner, don't worry, there is a dishwasher to handle the light work... Open the drapes and enjoy the gulf front view while you prepare dinner. For those that need an extra boost in the morning, there is a Keurig machine for your use.

The living room is very spacious and features a unit white leather sectional perfect for lounging. There is a large flat screen TV in the living area with HD DirectTV so you have plenty of TV/movie watching options, should you choose to not enjoy the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. If you want to relax, turn on the multi-color mood lighting on top of the storage cabinet in the living area.

The balcony is amazing. You'll enjoy a 180 degree uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Mexico. We've included a lounge chair if you wish to catch some sun without interruptions.

The Shores of Panama Resort is known for it's 14,000 sq. ft. zero entry pool. This tropical lagoon pool is surrounded by the greenest and most appealing landscapes.

Thirsty? Hungry? While relaxing poolside don't forget to try one of the frozen drinks from the Tiki Bar or have a bite at the poolside grill.

Shores of Panama Resort is in the heart of PCB with a Wal-Mart across the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away!
