This newly constructed home (2019) offers four bedrooms (plus a loft), five bathrooms, and 2,450 square feet of living space that you'll enjoy with beautiful views of Pacific Beach.
This three-level home in North Pacific Beach sits only blocks from the sand in an area known for its swimming, sunbathing, shopping, and dining. Highlighting this property is a fantastic rooftop deck, complete with a private hot tub, an outdoor fireplace, luxurious patio furniture, and sweeping views of Pacific Beach.
Inside, the living room can be found on the ground floor, offering a cozy blue sectional topped with white throw pillows, a modern coffee table, and a large TV. There's also a fireplace for added comfort, a rocking chair and modern artwork. Because the home was designed to make transitions between indoor and outdoor living seamless, the living room opens to an exterior patio with an eight-seat dining table. The fully equipped, ground-floor kitchen features sleek white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for meal preparation.
When it’s time to turn in, you'll find the primary suite on the second floor alongside bedrooms three and four. The second guest room is on the ground floor. While all of the bedrooms are welcoming, the primary suite is particularly appealing with its king bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, and en suite bath. North Pacific Beach stretches for over a mile from Crystal Pier to Tourmaline. It's a calm area with lifeguard-supervised swimming spots and facilities at the ends of Law and Diamond Streets. Restaurants and shops are concentrated on Turquoise Street, three blocks north of this home, and along Cass Street, half a block to the east. Palisades Park is also just a few blocks away.
Things to know
The garage is undergoing construction until June 1st, 2024. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis during this time.
The third-floor bedroom is lofted; there is no door in the stairwell from the second level to the third level
No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises (this includes outdoor areas)

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
