You have the best of everything San Diego has to offer plus a view of the bay and SeaWorld fireworks, without the noise and crowds of being on the beach. The house has just under 3000 square feet of living space in this beautiful quiet upscale neighborhood. You will enjoy fun family time in the heated saltwater pool, rest in the jacuzzi after seeing the sites and enjoy dinners together using the outdoor kitchen! After the sun goes down enjoy the fire pit while enjoying the view.

The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and is ideal for couples and families. Before booking, please pay attention to San Diego noise ordinance and rules regarding noise and parties to avoid any issues. If your dates are not available, please ask about our other similar property nearby.

You will receive access instructions 24 hours before your stay.

A master bedroom is located downstairs with a king size bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms with queen bed in each. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and a balcony. The sixth bedroom has a trundle bed and a full-size bunkbed with a balcony off the room. We do have pack n plays, highchairs, umbrella stroller and more if needed. We do not charge for these items but please let us know if you need them so we can assure they are ready for your arrival.

The house has two living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen.

The best way to travel in San Diego is by rental car or Uber. We are only 5 to 25 minutes from most attractions.

*End of summer special. Take an extra $200 off of stays booked after 8/8/2024 for stays until 9/30/2024.

We do not allow parties or smoking.
Your furry family members are allowed with a pet fee but we ask that they not be left alone, on the furniture or in the bedrooms and we need to know the breed to approve them (for insurance purposes).

Lovely Home

One of the very best vacation rental we have stayed: beautiful home with modern amenities and equipped with everything we need for a wonderful stay! We felt right at home! Christmas Vacation

The house was an ideal place for our family, centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The outside area i.e pool, hot tub, slide, fire pit, was better than we anticipated, best part of our stay.

One of the most responsive hosts we've ever had!

Great location (15-30 minutes to every iconic San Diego Thing), quiet neighborhood, and the host was incredibly responsive - sending help right away when the hot tub didn't work and personally getting toys out of storage for our kids when we had some very rainy days that made it hard to be outside. :)

Great stay

Our group stayed at this property from Nov 7-10, 2024. This property is great for accommodating a large group. We especially loved hanging out in the backyard by the firepit (which has great views) as well as sitting in the jacuzzi that can easily fit 8 adults and the seating is very comfortable. When we had any questions for the owner, she was extremely prompt in getting back to me either via text or a call. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Stay for Our Annual Golf Trip – Easy Access to Torrey Pines!

We recently stayed at this house for our annual golf trip, and it was perfect! It was an easy ride to Torrey Pines, making it super convenient for our group. The house had plenty of space, with each of us having our own room, and it was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great, and the owner made us feel right at home. We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Good times in Pacific Beach!

The house is in a nice area, convenient to beaches and many San Diego attractions. We enjoyed the pool with slide, hot tub, and outdoor grill with wonderful weather. The listing showed one bedroom with a king and queen bed, but this needs to be updated. Fortunately it wasn’t an issue for our group. We’d definitely stay here again !

Amazing Family Vacation

This home is just the perfect place for a large family group. Our grandkids had a blast in the pool. The adults loved it, too! The location is really great. Not far from La Jolla or the city of San Diego. You can easily access Sea World and the zoo and Legoland or Sesame Place. Highly recommend this home!!

Amazing Property

The host was in contact with us the whole time and was very quick to reply to the few questions we had. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The beds were all so comfy! The kids had the best time enjoying the pool and hot tub. I would and stay here again and give it a 5 star review!!!

We had a great week, the house is awesome with plenty of room. The back yard is perfect for hanging out with friends and enjoying company. The location is in a great spot, easy to get places and to go to different spots in the areas. Highly recommend.

February weekend getaway

My group of 12 stayed here for a long weekend. The place was amazing! In person it was even better than the pictures. We had plenty of space and had so much fun in the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen had all the utensils you could ask for to create any meal and there were so many extra touches. We are already looking for dates to come back. Great place, responsive host, perfect location!

Amazing Family Vacation!

Wow! This was definitely a trip where we wanted to spend as much time at the house as possible. The backyard/pool is just as great as it looks in pictures and the layout with the open kitchen/family room and into the backyard made it perfect for our party of 7 to enjoy each other while doing various activities. The rooms were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Such a great location - just 15-20 minutes to everything we wanted with grocery stores and restaurants just a couple minutes away. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Spring Break Vacation

Summer break for the grandkids happened at the same time this year and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of where to stay. The house was perfect with everything that we needed to have the perfect vacation. The pool area was a great hit with the 5 grandkids (adults too)! The kids all loved sleeping in the same room which was set up perfect. April and Michael were super about answering all questions and had everything ready for us upon arrival. I would recommend this house to everyone and if we are in the area again, we will definitely hope this will be available for us.

Excellent Stay

Beautiful home, great location, and with an incredible backyard. Five full bedrooms — one on the main floor, four upstairs. One of the upstairs rooms is ideal for kids with full size bunk beds and a day bed with trundle—could easily fit 6 kids. Had everything we needed for cooking, plus plenty of bath and pool towels for our group of 7. The pool, water slide, diving board, and hot tub were all great—the pool was heated the entire time making it comfortable to play in even when the weather was in the 60s. There was also a basketball net out front that the kids had fun playing with. The host was accommodating, friendly, and responsive to the couple questions we had through the trip. The location was great—easy driving distance to all the attractions and lots of restaurants within a short drive. Highly recommended!

Mini family vacation

We had a wonderful time on this property. My husband has had some health issues so we were looking for a place that would accommodate the young and elder ones among us. We did have a few minor issues with the spa and wifi but they were promptly addressed by April. The backyard pool was just what we needed to unwind. And you can bring your fur babies!
