Inside, hardwood floors lead you into the wonderfully decorated living room boasting plush furnishings, original art, and a flatscreen Smart TV so you can stream family favorites when you need a break from the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen features updated, stainless steel appliances including a five-burner stovetop, and also hosts new cabinets, shelves, glassware, silverware, and all the essential cooking utensils, so bring along your favorite recipes. After whipping up a home-cooked feast, pass into the formal dining room, switch on the gas fireplace, and gather to share a memorable dining experience with loved ones. Move the party to the extra sitting room at the staircase landing after dinner and relax on the leather couch as you recap the day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
