You will enjoy the entire lower level and amazing space. Light floods into the great room. There are 2 bed / 1 bath to recharge & rest. This is truly a CITY RETREAT that is amazingly just 5 to 20 minutes from Scotts Addition, VCU, VUU, U of R, The Fan, VMFA, MCV, Johnston Willis, St. Mary's, RIR, Maymont, Lewis Ginter, Short Pump, Midlo and more. When you are in-residence, the sounds you hear above your guest suite are not ghosts :) but the permanent residents (your hosts) of the upper unit.

Good Value

We found the property to be very comfortable and conveniently situated to easily access downtown. The location is quiet and safe. The apartment has a kitchen area and is perfect for fixing a quick breakfast and heating easy meals. The beds are firm with toppers and there is a tv in each room. The bathroom is very small and has a tiny shower, but we managed just fine. We did not use the laundry room due to allergies, but keeping the door closed solved that issue and may not be a concern for those without allergies. All in all, I can recommend the property and found our hosts to be very accommodating.

City retreat temporary living

Very confortable accommodations. Neighborhood is very lovely and quiet. Very close to the highway make it easy to travel anywhere in the Richmond area. It gets noisy at times from the owners living upstairs but they are very considerate. If you smoke do not stay here. You are not allowed to smoke anywhere in the property including outside grounds.

Great stay with great yard & neighborhood.

Nice spot with good location for Richmond. We attended a family wedding. Surely way better than a hotel room. Wonderful yard to relax in!

Beautiful retreat in Bellevue

What a lovely view! His retreat boasts one f the most beautiful, peaceful views we have seen. The entire living/dining/kitchen area looks out across a beautiful wooded area complete with a brook tumbling over rocks. Next visit, we will hope for weather that lets us enjoy it more fully.

We frequent the beaches to the south east, the mountains to the north west and the US Capital to the North, all within 2 hours. With experience in education, health care, construction, finance and entertainment plus project management, business and leisure traveler , entrepreneurs and parents, we strive to create a comfortable retreat for you and your loved ones.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

You will find great green spaces outside with a year-round running creek that comes all the way from the Chesapeake Bay. There is a sun drenched great room with a 55" inch TV and boardroom like dining table. You'll find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (no tub) and a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside, of course, there are chickens that live in their coop and henhouse. Inside, you may hear our Jack Russell terrier mix, scampering about the floor above your guest suite.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You can reach the wonderful Joseph Bryan Park and area restaurants (Bellevue and Lakeside) within a 10-20 minute scenic walk through a gardenlike residential neighborhood. There is parking for 2 cars. Primary parking is in your reserved space in the lighted gravel section and for a 2nd vehicle of visiting guest, there is another space in the main parking section in front of the large recycle and garbage bins. The other spaces are for the hosts. There is on street parking about 1/4 block away.
