Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, as we always aim to provide a comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest. We passed along some of your observations to our cleaning team and appreciate you bringing some items to our attention, like the trash. Had we known this during your stay, the cleaner would have been sent right back to the property, as this is not acceptable to us. We did want to clarify a few points for accuracy. Our cleaner was on site the very next morning and reported no odor inside the home. She did, however, find pet waste left on the carpet from your dog, which may have contributed to what you experienced upon arrival. Regarding the yard, the fenced‑in backyard—where dogs are intended to be walked—was in acceptable condition and consistent with our biweekly lawn schedule. The front yard was slightly longer at the time due to recent rain, but this area is not part of the enclosed dog space. We also want to reassure future guests that the photos in our listing accurately reflect the home and outdoor areas as they are presented. If you have any specifics on how the home did not feel accurate; if you have any specifics about what did not feel accurate, we would genuinely like to note this so we can reevaluate the listing descriptions. Your feedback is valuable to us and any details you can provide in order to make future guests stay better would be greatly appreciated.
