The ideal place for groups that want to be in the center of everything Park City offers, you will have easy access to world-class ski resorts and Old Town, where endless entertainment options are at your fingertips. You and your family are sure to have the time of your life, with this stunning location on Park Avenue.

The Space:
Situated within easy walking distance to Park City Mountain Town Lift, you are sure to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

Head back from a fun day out on the slopes and hang up your coats in the entryway with plenty of space for your gear. Warm up the house with the indoor wood fireplace, as you stretch out and relax on the leather sofa and lounge seating in the family room. Unwind from your adventurous day while streaming your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. Snuggle up with warm blankets as you cozy up with your loved ones with a cup of hot cocoa.

Access the private outdoor balcony through the family room and gaze at the gorgeous mountain sceneries from this space. Guests will appreciate the huge pine tree view, that offers privacy and the fresh woodland scent right in the comfort of your own home.

The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space. Whip up a delicious homemade meal, or try out a brand new vacation recipe to celebrate your time with loved ones. Keep the cook company with the breakfast bar stool seating in the kitchen for up to 2. Enjoy your scrumptious dinner in the dining area while sharing exciting stories of your time in Park City.

For a night of peaceful rest, the master bedroom, boasts a huge king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a lounge seating area, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom, features two comfortable twin-size beds, ample closet space, and a full bathroom around the corner, with plenty of tiled countertop space, and a shower/tub combo.

For a truly relaxing experience, guests can make their way to the shared hot tub, where you can enjoy a tranquil and warm space. A community pool and a coin-operated laundry room are also available in the complex.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor balcony, a shared hot tub, and the community pool in the complex. You will also have access to 1 free parking space on the premises. Guests can park in any open spot that states it is for Park Station Guests.

There are additional parking spaces in the back, once you pass through the parking garage off of the entrance of Building 1. Guests are not allowed to park in the covered parking garage areas.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are in the heart of Old Town and Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options.

With Park City Mountain Town Lift a block away from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Our cozy condo is the perfect place to call basecamp after a day exploring the mighty Wasatch Mountains. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, a block away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. There is a bus stop outside the building, which is a great FREE way to get around the entire Park City area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we only provide an initial bundle of wood and fire starters for the fireplace. After which, guests should buy their firewood and fire starters for additionals.

Please note that there is a new bike shed located near the Ice Rink on the side of Building 2 if needed.

The pool closes at the end of the ski season on April 23 and will re-open on Memorial Day Weekend. The indoor hot tub will remain open.

The hallway remodel project will begin at the end of ski season in Building 1 on the 4th floor and work down. Once Building 1 is completed they will move to Building 2 starting on the 4th floor and working down.

The project is expected to be completed sometime in August. Please inform our guests that there can be noise, construction debris, and smells at certain times throughout this process and the contractor is allowed to work till 6 pm, with no work on Sundays and on holidays..

Interaction with Guests:
We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

House Rules:

• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

A few discrepancies
Overall the location is very good and steps to the Town Lift. The unit was clean and well-equipped. The bedroom layouts did not quite match the photos and there was no firewood, as promised in the description. It is a tight fit for even a five-member family. But otherwise pleasant.

Dated 2 BR condo and lacking personal attention
3 stars for impersonal check-in that is outsourced and automated to a website. I had to ask questions twice to get impersonal answers via the app this company uses. There was no resource person on-site. I had to rely on delivery driver to advise where additional indoor parking was, and I was given no information on a parking pass, that we finally found on kitchen counter. Lastly, our plans to return home were derailed when the Santa Barbara airport shut down, so we had to leave a day early to get a flight to LAX. We reached out to management three times to ask for a credit for the last night and never received a call back or other response acknowledging our request. This rental unit was overpriced for being dated and offering no personal service.
