This house was comfy and quirky, and we enjoyed our time there. It is an old historic house, and we appreciated it - be prepared for a sloping living room floor. The upstairs bedroom is pretty and very comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was so easy to walk almost everywhere we went. We would stay here again!
We had 5 adults and it was a comfortable place to stay. Conveniently located to the town lift, downtown and a great off-leash dog area at the library. The wood fireplace was a nice treat after a couple long snowy days of skiing.
The house is very rustic which we enjoyed. Walk to town and the town lift. Close to all stores. Quiet charming neighborhood. Kitchen is well equipped. Great time!
Everything was as described
Perfect location for walking to Park City and ski lift.
Stove was not cleaned for long time
Lovely house and decor
Beds very comfortable
Great, clean house in Park City! Plenty of beds and inside space for a group. Less than a quarter mile walk to nearest city bus stop (free bus system in PC).
We had a terrific time in Park City and the location and comfort of this historic home was ideal. An easy 10 minute walk to either Park City or Town Lift for skiing and all of the shops and restaurants in Old Town. In fact, walking home from dinner one evening two deer came galloping down the street past us...amazing! The home was roomy, comfortable and convenient, we'll be back!
We absolutely love staying here and really wanted a house between the trails and downtown Park City. The house was nice and spacious, parking was easy, and the neighbors were very kind. We were right by a huge park with a coffee shop, so that made it nice to walk over in the morning. The kitchen was big and made it easy to cook our own meals. The washer and dryer was also awesome to have. My favorite part of the house was the front yard with many beautiful flowers. It was nice to sit on the deck and have a morning cup of coffee. We would love to stay here again.
a little bit quirky, which is both good and bad. Very comfortable, obviously lived-in, and well-equipped. If you like an historic family home, and want to cook, this is the place for you. We had a problem with a leak of unknown origin. The property manager and the owner could not have been more responsive. The shuttle bus is a short block away. Location is perfect!
Very nice house only 2 blocks from town lift trail, and 3 blocks from the lift itself. Kitchen is amazingly well equipped to make any meal imaginable. Plenty of space for groups of 6-8 people, and with 2 1/2 bathrooms we never had issues. There are new washer and dryer that work very well, and there are ski racks off the kitchen for your equipment. Wifi works great, and the house has plenty of tv stations to entertain if needed. several games were on hand, and the bedding and towels were all of good quality. Parking right in front for one car on street. Host/management team are very responsive. I would definitely stay again.
The house is quirky but comfortable and we appreciate the fact our dog could stay with us. It is in a great location, particularly relative to the nearby dog park and restaurants. The outdoor space is not as pictured on the website, as the back is overgrown and the front is dirt. The bed upstairs (the only one we used) is comfortable and while the shower is very small, it was adequate for us.
However, the house is in need of some attention which would be relatively easy and make a stay much more enjoyable. For example, the front door does not lock easily and the gate latch is difficult. There is a great deal of expired and funky food in the cabinets and refrigerator, which I think should be removed. Also, the kitchen sponge and brush are old and dirty and a new sponge should be provided each stay. We tried to use the vacuum to help because our dog sheds, but it does not work well. There are several burned out light bulbs and clocks that do not work and need batteries or replacement.
Overall a good stay, but with some attention it could be much better.
Very close to the lifts and downtown. It was stocked with cookware, spices, sandwich bags etc. This house is older, so the furnace is pretty loud when it turns on and the kitchen stays pretty cold but this didnât impact our experience negatively. We ended up with only 5 people in the house. If we had the original 9, it would have been a bit cramped. Management was easy to communicate with and check in was seamless.
Property is in a great location, conveniently located to the town lift and Mountain Valley. Very cozy and quaint with a well stocked kitchen. Historic house with tons of character! Would stay here again.
Our stay was wonderful and we had everything we needed during our Woodside stay. Cozy living room with wood burning stove (and plenty of wood!). Well stocked kitchen (with an excellent selection of cast iron pans). Comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels. And the historic house has tons of character, inside and out! Quick walk to Town Lift and center. We lacked for nothing. Would stay again.
Great location- 8 min walk to Park City resort, 10 min to bars and restaurants in town. Very cozy, and enjoyed it very much. We did have to spend a considerable amount of time breaking ice and shoveling snow in the back yard to get to the fire wood, but I was happy to do so as we loved having the chimney on.
A cozy 3-bedroom with very comfortable beds. Very close to downtown and walking distance to the lifts and ski rentals. A short walk to the nearest bus stop. We had a great time! Weâll be back.
We super loved our stay at this property. We are a family of six and this house was just as pictured only delivered so much more in person. Very quaint and cozy. We were very comfortable and loved the wintery atmosphere for our Christmas stay.
The house is cute and in a good location. Everything is dated and a multitude of deferred maintenance throughout the house.
For half of the price it would be acceptable in this very slow time.
