Easily access the slopes of Park City Mountain; this private 2BR/2.5BA condo is right across the street from the Silver Star Lift! Or take the city bus (also across the street) for quick access to Park City shopping and dining.

After a thrilling day of adventures, head out to the private deck. Enjoy an indulgent soak in the hot tub and take in the spectacular mountain views. This property also features a private entrance and hallway to stow gear.

LIVING AREAS

This split-level home features three floors of luxurious living space.

Get cozy around the gas fireplace in the first-floor living room, where a sectional offers comfy seating. Watch favorite shows on the 50” flat-screen TV.

On the second floor, a second living area offers even more social space with a 55” flat-screen TV, two love seats, and a mini fridge.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. Thoughtful touches include a toaster oven, coffee maker, and a 30” flat-screen TV.

A large kitchen island provides ample space to prep meals as well as seating for four. The dining table seats an additional eight.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps up to seven guests between the two all-suite bedrooms and a loft area.

The second-floor master suite features a king bed, armchair, and 30” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with multiple showerheads.

Downstairs, the second bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, and an office nook. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

Additionally, a loft space overlooks the second living area and has a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Providing added convenience, a half bath is located on the first floor.

OUTDOOR AREA

Step out to the private deck and take a dip in the six-person hot tub while enjoying the beautiful views of the slopes.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, a boot drying rack, and parking for two cars right outside the home are provided. Stow ski equipment in the hallway equipped with boot warmers and racks.

Although this condo is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Park City's mild summer temperatures.

Please note that this unit is only accessible via two flights of stairs.

LOCATION

Walk across the street (approximately 100 steps) to the Silver Star Lift and be whisked to the slopes of Park City Mountain. Located on the city golf course, enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the trails on the Cross Country Ski Course. Canyons Village at Park City is also within 4 miles, and Deer Valley Resort can be reached in under 3 miles.

For a stunning view of the town and surrounding area, take a soaring ride on downtown Park City’s Town Lift (1.3 miles away).

In warmer months, raft the nearby Weber River or explore the surrounding Armstrong mountain biking and hiking trails.

A city bus stop is also located right across the road, providing quick access to excellent shopping and dining three times per hour.

The place had everything needed including many extrasLiterally walk to base camp or silver Star .. 2 bus stop within 3 minute walkIt was great that they had a humidifier since the air is so dry only a 5 minute drive to downtown Hot tub was a blessing and the club house pool is heated as well as a hot tub there

Overall the property was great. We had plenty of room and everything we needed during our stay. The only issues were with the wrong lock code when we arrived and the furnace going out the first night. They did get the heat resolved by the end of the next day though. We'd definitely stay again.

Winter Wonderland!

The Mountain-View Condo was the perfect spot for our family snowboard trip! Walking distance to the silver star chairlift and bus/shuttle into park city. The home itself is very nice and cozy, great kitchen, clean & tidy, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. I would definitely stay here again! Also communication with the property management team was very easy and helpful, helping make for a great stay all around.

Great place! Only downside is Silver Star lift not running, so no ski in/ski out right now. Not TurnKey’s fault so no one to blame but COVID and labor shortage so why complain? Just a heads up. Thanks. Great place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 adults and 1 child stayed here for a baseball tournament and this is no doubt the best kept park city rental we have used. High end finishes, great entertainment options, and comfortable beds. The bunk bed upstairs wasnt as nice as we had hoped, but for kids it was fine. No A/C was only an issue on one hot day where it took some time to cool the upper levels down. will stay here again and amazing location for what we needed. Our baseball tournament was near Park City High School.

Cozy and close to the slopes

The house was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Everyone could have their own space. The entry way for ski equipment was perfect, rooms very nice size (2nd floor shower was amazing). Short walk to the Silver Star Lift (be sure to take the King Con Lift at the end of the day to get back).

Great rental! Spacious, convenient and well stocked. Enjoyed the private hot tub everyday. Close to bus route and views. Plenty of space to store gear. Would be nice if second floor space had pull outs. Appreciated a well stocked kitchen and several small appliances like a slow cooker. Quiet at night and convenient to town. Parking available close to unit.

Great location and space!

This condo was in a great location from a lift. It was a short walk to and from the mountain each day, which made it very convenient. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we would need, including spices, paper products, etc. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing! We would love to stay here again!

Great location close to silver star lift.

This unit is very close to the silver star lift. It’s on a quiet area and has plenty of space. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. I would recommend the owner leaves general walking directions to get to the lift using the elevator. Otherwise, you will walk much further than needed. Also good to know, if you rent your skis at the Silver Star ski rental, they will keep your snow boots for the day- no charge. They also don’t charge you for the skis if you decide to skip a day (you have to tell them by 10) and yet they will place them on hold for you so no one else can rent them. Super chill base area at the Silver Star! We loved it! The owner might consider providing humidifiers bc the air is very dry. Sleeping with your window cracked a bit does help. We asked for a late checkout and we were denied. The toilet in the master bath runs intermittently which you can hear even with the door closed. The pillows are old and flat. Great location though!!

We had 5 adults for a ski weekend. This is a great spot for those who want to be near Main St Park City but not TOO close. The home is much bigger than it looks. Great hot tub. Will return.

Convenient, Quiet, and cozy

Our family of four had more than enough space to spread out and enjoy a late fall adventure. We enjoyed hiking the nearby trails up the mountain and even walking to town. We chose this location for it’s proximity to cross country ski trails and a layout that would suit teenagers. It worked out great. A well-equipped kitchen worked out perfectly for our Thanksgiving away from home.

Great condo, poor property management

This is a great condo with all the necessary amenities. However, when we arrived the heater was broken and windows were left open and due to poor communication with property manager it took us 4 hours to get the heat on. The property was 55 degrees and my kids and I froze as we waited for the property manager to communicate with us. Afterwards we asked if there was any compensation for our trouble and they said no. Poor customer service for a really inconvenient night.

Nice stay, nice location

Overall impression was good. It was a short walk to Silver Star elevator, took that up and right at a ski rental place & lift. The unit was nice & open. Master suite was updated and nice, as well as the kitchen had EVERYTHING you could think of. Also a brand new grill. Hot tub was clean and smelled fine. We utilized both family room spaces: the one on the main floor then on the second floor as well. Loved the boot warmers for our ski boots!
