Very comfortable place and close to the mountain - exactly what we were looking for. Easy walk into town as well. The host was accommodating and very responsive. I will come back!
This property was perfect distance to walk to the slopes or old town Park City. The common areas and covered parking were critical for winter logistics and gear. Appliances were modern and the gas fireplace was the place to be after the slopes. Other than the back bedroom being a little cooler than the main area (with fireplace), the place was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was also very accommodating to a few requests we had during our stay.
Overall a really good stay. The hot tub was out of order the first day because it had to be re-filled. It was a cold surprise - but otherwise the stay was great. Perfect location for skiing - very easy walk. Town is a bit further but manageable walk really only limited by the weather conditions and your comfort level. We never moved our car after the check in. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook. Though it appeared all the other units were occupied, we only ever saw anyone else on the last day so very private also.
Well equipped unit with comfortable beds and seating. Everything you need is provided. Under 10 minute walk to downtown park city and town ski lift. Upstairs neighbors can be heard moving around but wasnt too disruptive. Indoor parking with ski storage and boot dryers was very helpful. Hot tub was is in good condition. Houses are close together in this area and nearby parties can be noisy.
Renne's condo was perfect for our group of 3 adults skiing! Well appointed, well supplied kitchen, towels etc. And we loved the Hot Tub! Indoor parking was amazing in the weather we had!
The Blue Bird house is a perfect condo for a ski vacation in Park City! The condo is about 7 min walk from the Park City Mountain base parking lot. Really short 5 min drive to the Historic Park City area with shops and restaurants.
The Unit has a garage for your vehicle which is very nice. The kitchen has condiments, basic spices and sugar available. There is a coffee machine with coffee filters provided. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. You will find plenty of towels for all the guests. The unit is in a multiplex with three other units. There is a common area upstairs with a bbq grill and a hot tub suitable for up to 6 people.
Little tip for those who donât want to walk 7-8 min with ski boots, go park your car with all your gears at the Park City Mountain base parking as soon as it is allowed (7am) then walk back to the unit to enjoy breakfast. The drive is literally 1 min (just at the end of the road on Empire ave) and easy walk back to the property from the parking lot.
The check in and check out process was flawless. Self check in and the host will provide all the info in advance of your arrival. Renee was very helpful and responsive! We could not find the bedding for the sofa bed our first night and Renee promptly called me to tell me where the bedding set is usually kept.
Our stay was perfect and we would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to come to Park City!
This is a great property in a perfect location. Walk to lifts and main street. Garage and heated driveway were a nice thing to have since we did get a bit of snow on our visit. Supplies were plentiful with extra spices, saran wrap etc. We really enjoyed this property and will use it again on our next ski trip.
We are used to either dealing with a shuttle or enjoying the convenience of ski in/out. This was a convenient and fun experience being a very short walk from both town and base. We rented skis (Slopeside Sports) and used the valet at the base, carried our ski boots, and stored our after ski boots in the rental shop during the day for free. We took a couple short Uber rides, but found it easy to around walking even with 2 kids ages 10 and 12. Renee was a fabulous host checking in and making sure we had all we need. The only thing to note is that this unit has a unit above so donât expect super quiet like a house, but we knew that ahead of time. Overall the condo was listed accurately and very comfortable - loved having the washer/dryer and the gas fireplace!
Great location and condo. Walking distance to Park City lifts and Main Street. Just a short ride to Deer Valley ski resort. Owner was very accommodating, flexible and responsive. Highly recommend this well maintained VRBO.
The house was in tip top shape and very clean with high quality appliances. The only downside for us was the required walk to the closest lift in our ski boots, about 10 minutes. Everything about the property was otherwise perfect.
First I must compliment the owner, Renee. She was spot on with all communications and immediately responsive to my inquiries. The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean. It was quiet. The accommodations were ample for two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Plenty of storage for clothes. Kitchen had all we needed to cook full meals if we wanted. All mechanics and appliances in great shape. And we felt very secure. While not a drawback for us, it is about .6 miles to center of Main Street. However, Empire Ave has ease of access to all parts of town. And if into hiking, a trailhead is to challenging trail very nearby. Great place! Highly recommend!
First time in Park City. It was a very enjoyable place to stay. The small 4 unit building was quant with nice common area back deck. Due to easy access to both PCMR and downtown we didn't need a car. Only issue I encountered was when assessing options using VRBO map. The location suggested by VRBO map filter wasn't where the condo ended up, but it was still workable. It is one block to PCMR but its a long block. Fine for snowboard boots but a long walk for ski boots. PCMR overnight valet for ski's / boards made the walk even shorter. Less than 10 min walk to downtown. Overall we would stay here again if we have the opp to return to Park City
Bluebird House was the perfect spot for my extended stay in Park City. The location is great - just a short walk to either the Park City Mountain base or Town Lift to ski and its a less than ten minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Main St. The condo was great, very true to the pictures, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Renee was a great host and check in/out was very easy. I didn't want to leave at the end of my stay and will definitely be back!
Our family has always loved the mountains as a get away. I have also learned that I love to host and share our spaces.
Mammoth: When our daughters were young, we bought our Mammoth home. As they grew and we used it less, we renovated and started to share it on Airbnb. The experience was so positive, we decided to purchase another home in Park City, Utah.
The Bluebird House in Park City: The worldwide pandemic made us reevaluate what really makes us happy and that led us to Park City. We took over ownership of the Bluebird House which was being offered as a great get away by the previous owners. This adventure is exciting and we hope you make great memories along with us.
Whichever is your mountain pleasure, the California Sierra Nevada mountain range or the Utah Highwest/Wasatch mountain range...we welcome you.
