Incroyable unité de coin avec vue sur la mer, vue large et grand balcon donnant sur l’océan. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain condo en bord de mer directe, idéalement situé à mi-ville OC et à proximité de dizaines d'autres favoris locaux et attractions de la plage Livré avec 1 parking couvert. Laveuse / sécheuse empilées dans condo. Profitez de la cuisine, des salles de bain, de la zone commune et des chambres entièrement rénovées. Il y a deux douches extérieures à rincer pour les invités du complexe. Je suis un partenaire privilégié de VRBO. J'ai aussi d'autres belles propriétés face à l'océan directement sur la promenade et dans ce bâtiment si les jours que vous souhaitez ne sont pas disponibles. Location Perfection

Our Mid-August stay in this condo was superb. Fresh smell upon entry and everything was clean. Parking spot for this unit is very convenient. Couldn’t have been closer to the beach, just steps away from plopping down our chairs and enjoying the waves and sand between our toes. Didn’t feel crowded in this area at all (Late week stay with departure on Saturday). If we venture this way again we hope this one will be available.

All you need!

This place has the best view! You can see so far down the beach both ways and the dolphins were spotted every day! The location was great and we all agreed we'd be back for another trip here!

Perfect Location for Families!

We loved our stay here! Property was clean and as advertised. Perfect location, steps away from the beach and in a spot where the beach was noticeably less crowded than on nearby streets with big condos or hotels. Will definitely be back! Only recommendation would be to bring a Roku or something similar because the TV only gets a few channels

Perfect oceanfront experience

Our family of four stayed here June 2020 and the property was just as advertised. It was updated, clean and directly ocean front, on a corner with perfect views! Bob was very kind and responsive, though we had no issues during our stay. We would stay again!

The most beautiful OCEANFRONT CONDO I have ever stayed at!!! This place is immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated! Communication with Host/Staff was incredible. This is a great place for adults as well as families with small children. Been coming to Ocean City since I was child. Now in my 50’s, this is my new favorite place to stay, hands down. Will definitely be back!

Great Weekend Getaway

Met my college roommate in Ocean City to catch up. Perfect place for the two of us to relax, catch up, walk on the beach and hang out. Very relaxing condo with a very nice feel. Great view from the living room. Very bright and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Convenient location.

Could not be happier!!!

Location was perfect, steps from the beach, minutes from everything OCM has to offer! The property check-in was a breeze. The communication with the property management was excellent. That view, that view, that view! Every morning a beautiful sunrise and awesome large balcony with space for four grown men to chill. I would definitely book again. Nicely renovated and adequately appointed.

Perfect for us.

We came to OC to celebrate our anniversary. We are both over 75 yrs of age and have some health issues so this is probably our last trip to see the ocean. This unit was the right size for us. The living room with the balcony looking out on the ocean was great. We got up early to watch the sunrises. Unit was clean and it was as described in online ad. The location was very good as it was close to many restaurants and stores. We had a great stay.

Spectacular views and perfectly appointed.

The condo was the perfect home base for our family of five to spend a week in Ocean City. We loved being only steps from the amazing beach, as well as very much enjoyed the views from the balcony overlooking the ocean. It's located near everything we needed (grocery stores, great restaurants, putt-putt, etc...) and is close enough to the boardwalk that you could easily visit but still be able to leave the crowds behind. And, the unit was clean and comfortable, with all of the necessary things we needed to make it our 'home' for the week. Highly, highly recommend!

Lovely

This lovely condo provided an excellent vacation for my family. Right on the beach with spectacular views, dolphins every day, the sea air swirling around as you sip your coffee in the morning...just lovely. I love a modern, clean, crisp home and this condo was that. They also had everything you needed from pots to pans, utensils, kitchen gadgets, it was stocked. It is a short walk to The Ropewalk, one of our favorite restaurants, Bull on the Beach, The Fractured Prune-coffee, donuts, stores and much more. We will be back.

This was the perfect unit for our family of 4. Our host’s contact, Bob at OC Beachfront Rentals could NOT have been more perfect. Any question I had, was answered in minutes regardless of when I sent it. When I needed an item, it was on the doorstep within 20 minutes. When I gave feedback on how things in the unit might be tweaked, he was receptive to my suggestions. We were so very, very pleased. Can’t wait to get back!!!

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
