Clean and cozy

Our stay was great. The condo was as described odor, but very clean great view from the balcony easy beach access. The only thing I would possibly recommend would be to add curtains or blinds. It does get pretty bright in the a.m. but that’s just more of a preference.

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

Perfect 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with all the conforts of home and plenty of room to hang out. The view of the ocean was amazing and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants!

Weekend Wedding in OC

The property is on the beach. Easy walk to many restaurants. The unit has unobstructed ocean view. Parking could be tricky for large vehicles. Owner was responsive & easy to work with.

Right on the beach

The location is terrific, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious enough to have all of my family together for several meals. The shower in the master is very nice for cleaning up after a day on the beach. We enjoyed our stay at Boca Grande.

Perfect family friendly location

This was perfect for my family. Love the beach access and the view. The laundry was a great bonus and everything was just as expected. There were even a couple boogie boards for the kids.

Can't beat the location

Stayed here with my family for a week and it was the perfect beach rental for us. You're literally steps from the beach and the view from the balcony is unbeatable. The space and accommodations were what we expected based on the pictures. Would definitely recommend and we'll certainly consider staying here again in the future!

Beautiful Location, Well Maintained Condo

My husband and I stayed here on a mini honeymoon trip and were very impressed with this condo. It was in the perfect location, fully stocked with everything you could ever need, and very well maintained. The owner was excellent to deal with, and the entire process was very easy.

Relaxing beach weekend

Perfect spot right on the beach. The views were amazing. In walking distance to many great restaurants. Ken immediately got back to me with questions and even checked in as we were leaving to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back!

Nice condo, minutes from anything you want to do in Ocean City and the surrounding area. Ken offered some great ideas of things to do in and around Ocean City. We will be back!

Consistent delight

It was very nice to rekindle the years past memories at this location right on the beach. Everything was functional and clean! The sliding door was once noisy to open, but that was super quiet and fixed this year… yay!

Great oceanfront location!

This property has a great location on 59th facing the ocean. Our best trip to OCMD so far. Proximity to beach was a huge plus. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Owner is very responsive to any questions. Bathroom upgrades would be my only suggestion. Would definitely be a repeat renter.

Good place to stay

Fully equipped. Clean with 3 good beds and 2 nice bathrooms. Foot wash as you come in the building. The reserved parking spot is a bit tight between the fence and the building. Still, I would rent this place again.

Great Location! Oceanfront!

This was our 2nd year staying at this property. A perfect vacation rental! Facing the ocean, close to all retail, restaurants and activities in midtown Ocean City! Little quieter this year because of COVID, already looking forward to next year! Ken is always accommodating and a great owner to work with.

Great location

We loved the location -- ON the beach with gorgeous beach views from the balcony and the living room as well as fantastic proximity to restaurants and coffee shops. The check-in process was easy-peasy and the reserved parking space was a plus. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the home but when we brought it to the property manager's attention, he was responsive.

Mid Town Marvel

Very nice spot on the beach. And I mean ON the beach. Look down from balcony and sand is right there! Perfect for the four of us. Across the street from Fager's Island and down the block from the awesome Pool Bar! Everything works and kitchen is stocked. End unit was nice with stairwell close to go to the beach. Would come back!

Highly Recommend!!

This was our 1st time in Ocean City- and we will be back! Everything was great.....quick, easy reservation process, seamless check-in with great communication and instructions from Ken, the owner. The unit was just as described with all the ammenities you could want/need.....all with the sounds of waves crashing and amazing ocean views! The beds were comfortable, the master bath/shower was amazing, kitchen fully stocked, and you can't beat the balcony right off the master bedroom and living room! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Great property, great location, great owner!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect size for our family, with everything we needed for a great week. The location is great - steps to the beach, and only a few more steps to many great shops and restaurants. Ken was very proactive, responsive, and helpful in providing any info we needed. I only held back a star on the cleanliness because we do think the cleaning contractor could have done a better job, but we are realistic and know "good help is hard to find" - no fault of the owner, and it wasn't anything major that would deter us from staying again in a heartbeat.

We have owned this property since 1973 and have seen many changes in Ocean City, Md. Our children and grand children have grown up at the beach and on the ocean and are now spending time raising their families in other states, but we still love Ocean City

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The building has 30 units and you can walk to the 2nd floor or take the elevator. We have had renters from Conn, Dela , Fla, Ind, Illinois, Mass, Mizzouri, Md, NC, NY, WV, Oh, Pa. RI, Va and Toronto, Canada that come and enjoy the privacy of a small building right on the beach with assigned parking. There are many owners that do not rent, but have enjoyed a long friendship with owners and our renters.
Easy access to every thing in Ocean City walking, by bus, by bike or car
