Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time on our trip this year. It’s our 4th year at the Quay and 2nd year in this unit. We love the closeness to the beach and the unit has all you need to feel like home.

Great location and family friendly

We had a great trip and the check in was perfect because of the key code. The amenities were nice and unit was very clean.

Such a nice getaway!

We had such a nice getaway! We really enjoyed all the building had to offer from the pools to the tennis court to being right on the beach. It was a great place to stay for our family of 4!

We really enjoyed how spacious and nice the condo itself was! However, there were a couple of odor issues when we arrived. The main building hallway constantly smelled like trash. Also, even though this is strictly a non-smoking unit, the couch cushions unfortunately had a strong, lingering smell of weed left behind by a previous occupant. Aside from dealing with those pre-existing smells, everything else was great and we had a wonderful time.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that you had some unpleasant smells during your stay. I haven't experience the lobby smell in my comings and goings but there are trash chutes in that building and they may have had an issue. I will be sure to follow up with the building to ensure that is a one off situation. On the couch, I am surprised that was the case as we didn't have pick up the smell elsewhere. I am wondering if the previous guests clothes transferred it. I wish you would have reached out as we have odor neutralizer spray and would have been happy to stop by. We enjoyed having you and I hope you will be back again soon. Enjoy the rest of your summer!

Other than the weather not cooperating our visit was very pleasant. Enjoyed both pools. Was away from the heavier crowds which was perfect for us. We would stay there again. Employees very pleasant

Great Rental at a Great Location

We stayed for 4 days and were very happy with the rental. Everything was clean and the check-in process was easy. Thw view from the balcony was gorgeous. The few times i communicated with the owners, they were very kind and prompt with responses. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Wish We Could've Stayed Longer

Although it was a little far from our weekend event at the pier, there is still plenty of good restaurants, bars, and shops near the condo. Would definitely stay there again, if coming uto the beach.Everyoneproperty was very propeso nice

Beach week!

Great week at the beach! Property exactly as described. Clean and had all needed amenities. Plenty to do. Not one complaint from our three teenage children despite a few days of not so great weather.

Nice Beachside Condo

Condo building right on the beach. Partial view of the beach/ocean and nice partial view of the bay. Clean and comfortable, would accommodate 2 small families or one large one fine. AC unit in and bedroom a bit loud but not a deterrent to us at all. Would stay here again.

Just what we were looking for

SO MUCH BETTER than a hotel room. We were in for a short stay, our boys had a wrestling tournament. Two nights. And yes, our boys did GREAT at the tournament. I think it was the comfortable bed and home cooked nutritional meals! Thanks vrbo.

Great place, very spacious!Description says only standard drip coffee maker but there was a keurig as well so I didn’t need to bring mine.Could use an extra blanker for the sofa bed, there were sheets but no blanket. I needed to go buy one.I would stay here again.

Nice fall beach getaway

The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet; convenient to favorite dining places and other attractions, including Sunfest. The living room tv picture was too grainy to watch (baseball playoffs).. had to watch in the BR. In hall bath, the shower knob on the tub faucet was difficult to lift to activate the shower. Parking was plentiful. Overall, enjoyable stay.
