Conveniently located in one of the best spots in Breckenridge, this stunning 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom multi-level home features a private hot tub and sauna -- everything is completely designed with your relaxation in mind. A lovely space to unwind, this home is the perfect gateway to spectacular mountain adventures and endless entertainment options in historic downtown. Unlimited access to restaurants, breweries, seasonal festivals, and local markets are all minutes from this vacation home.

The Space:
An ideal choice for up to 8 of your closest family or friends that want to experience all of Breckenridge, this multi-level home is the perfect start to your next vacation getaway.

After a fun-filled day of endless adventures, relax in the family room that features two comfortable sofas, and armchair seating. Cozy up with your loved ones and cherish the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace while watching your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV as you unwind for the night. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, where they can whip up a delicious homemade meal for your group. Keep the chef company with the 4 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen. Enjoy your dinner and exchange stories of your exciting day in the dining area, while enjoying the tranquil view through the patio door.

Access to the private outdoor patio is through the dining area; step out, relax, and breathe in the fresh mountain air during your stay. The private hot tub is the perfect place to melt all of your stress away, as you disconnect from the rest of the world. The master griller of your group can show off their exquisite BBQ skills on the outdoor gas grill. There is a half bathroom, on the main floor of the house, with access to a private sauna for a truly relaxing experience.

The first bedroom, on the second level of the home, features a lovely queen-size bed, a spacious closet, and a beautiful sunroom with tree views and lounge seating. Around the corner, you will see the second bedroom that has two comfortable twin over twin size bunk beds, and ample closet space. There is a shared full bathroom in the hall with double vanity and a shower/tub combo. On the third level of the home, the master bedroom features a deluxe king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a walk-in shower.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer on the main floor of the house is available next to the kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to 2 parking spots in the driveway in front of the garage.

The Neighborhood:
This lovely condo is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures with its amazing location a mile south of the Breckenridge historic district. You are within a 10-minute bus ride of everything that Breckenridge has to offer, with unlimited access to local shops, restaurants, breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. QuickSilver Super Chair, the nearest lift from the condo, will give you unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway.

Getting Around:
Historic Main Street is a short 10-minute free bus ride with the Now Colorado stop on the Gray route only a 2-minute walk from the condo. The QuickSilver Super chair, a mile from the condo, will bring you to the best ski resorts in Breckenridge. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

A little lacking
Very few of the jets on the hot tub seemed To be working and the cover was very difficult to remove alone. I don’t expect much for basics in the kitchen but at least salt and pepper is usually provided. There was nothing but coffee for the first day.

A wonderful property and a great vacation. The home is wonderful and the location is perfect for exploring Breckenridge and for hiking in the mountains. We plan to be back next summer.

Great location
We usually stay at larger cabins further from town but chose a condo as we only had 4 travelers this summer. We really liked the proximity to town. Clean, well appointed. The units on either side were occupied but everyone was respectful of quiet hours. Enjoyed the hot tub & sauna. We didnt cook but couldve, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Host is super responsive to communication. Would stay again.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub and fireplace. The sauna was also a great addition on the snowy days. Very convenient to town. Clean and great communication.

Ski vacation
This was a nice vrbo with plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood, very close to main st. Breckenridge. The renters were very organized and responsive. We would rent this house again in the future.

Breckenridge Condo VERY cool!
We loved our recent vacation at this condo and skiing at Breckenridge and Keystone. The condo was spacious, clean, and had many fun games for the family. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing and I know others enjoyed the in-unit sauna. The only drawback to the condo location was 1 block from the Breckenridge free bus station stop. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to all!

Wonderful townhouse in great location!
We rented this townhouse from 12/26-12/31/22 for a ski trip with our adult kids. We’ve rented many VRBOs over the years, and this was a great one! Super clean with a well appointed kitchen (we cooked every day, appliances are great!), generous amounts of supplies such as extra trash bags, ample towels, tissues, etc. The gas fireplace is great and super easy to use. My family loved the hot tub also, which was all warmed up and ready to use when we arrived! It snowed while we were in Breckenridge-a maintenance person stopped by and made sure our walkway was cleared and cleared off the hot tub too! We shared the king bedroom on the top level, my daughter and her husband had the queen room, and my other daughter had the bunk room, plenty of closet space and comfy beds in each! We did struggle a bit with all the stairs-the high altitude left us a little breathless! Lol! The location is perfect for access to Peak 8-we had a rented SUV with 4WD (a MUST in this snow), so we used it some days and other times we caught the free bus into town and to the gondola lifts-two bus stops are close by! It’s just over half a mile to downtown Breckenridge with all its adorable shops and restaurants. Easy access to everything you want to do but just enough out of busiest areas to make this place nice and quiet! We packed up and checked out this morning-check out was a breeze! There is a decently hefty cleaning fee, like most VRBOs, but the list of “must dos” by us was short and simple! We were very pleased with 1115 Broken Lance and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
