If you are looking for a spacious condo at a great price, convenience of a ski in property that is a few short steps from the charm of historic Main Street and the Breck Gondola, look no further. Take the elevator to your quiet, freshly updated top floor escape with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table for a family breakfast before you hit the slopes. Two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a queen bed loft and a bathroom on the upper level. Summer pool and year round hot tubs.

Location, location, location! Park your car or have the airport shuttle drop you off and walk everywhere from this condo! 5 minutes to the gondola, 3 minutes to our historic Main Street with all the quaint stores and delicious restaurants. Trendy bars for aprĂšs ski to try out and then walk back to your cozy home away from home. It is clean, and it's a great budget/affordable accommodation right in the heart of Breckenridge.

Freshly updated - we have just finished the first phase of a remodel. There is new furniture in the master bedroom, including a king size bed. New carpet and fresh paint on the main floor. Granite countertop bathrooms. I hope you will like it!

The condo sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children. The top bunk beds are for children only please. This is a ski-in two bedroom plus loft condo (1200 sq.ft.) in the middle of it all. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the loft and 2 twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, living room, full kitchen and a dining area. It's tucked away - no noise from the road and view of Peak 8. The condo is on the top floor in a building with an elevator. In the end of your day, ski back to the condo. Only one low step to reach the elevator, and no more stairs unless you want to go to the loft.

There is nothing like a soak in the on site Hot Tubs to get you ready for tomorrow’s activities. In the summer there is an on-property outdoor pool, too.

If you want to try different world class ski areas, Breckenridge station with free Summit Stage buses to Keystone, Copper, and Arapahoe Basin is right by the gondola.

Find your happy place with full kitchen, all the amenities, proximity to town and everything Breckenridge has to offer. What a find for your vacation!

Please no animals of any kind in the home to keep our son safe. He has asthma.

Mountain Access - 1. Walk to the Gondola at Breckenridge Station in 5 minutes for a free ride up to Peaks 7 or 8.
2. Take the Freeride, Breckenridge free buses - go right from the elevator, right on the driveway and left on Park Ave. You will see the bus stop “Mountain Thunder”. Gold will take you to Peak 7 or 8 or 9 (Beaver Run Superchair). Gold express to Peak 8 and Yellow to Peak 9 Beaver Run. At the end of the day either ski down Lower 4 O’Clock and Gondola Ski back Run, or hop on the Gondola or take the Freeride bus back to Ski Hill Condominiums.

Primary bedroom on Main level has a winter 2024 brand new king bed and plenty of storage in a full sized closet. Smart TV (log-in to your favorite entertainment provider). The attached bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a good deal of counter space, drawers and cabinets.

The second bedroom on the main level contains two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for lots of giggles from the kiddos. A closet with sliding doors comes with enough hangers for everyone. Across the hallway is another full bathroom with a shower and lots of counter and cabinet space as well.

The spacious loft is reached by its own stairway with truly amazing views of the mountains of the Ten Mile Range. There is ample space around the Queen bed for dresser storage and another closet. You will have privacy in your own bathroom with a shower, too.

Living Area-With an open plan the living area gives your group many options. There is a couch and love seat so that you can turn on the TV (log-in to your favorite entertainment provider) and gather for a movie. The dining table which seats 6-8 is in an open nook next to the counter seating for 3.

Kitchen-The kitchen comes fully equipped with all essential appliances, a wealth of glasses and dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans for your group’s dining needs. A regular filter coffee maker will help you get your day off to a great start!

Hot Tub. The community hot tub is professionally maintained and is open daily until 10:00pm.

Pool. On-site seasonal pool. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Parking. There is free parking for one car in the carport or anywhere around the building.

Free wi-fi in the condo.

Superb summer stay in the heart of Breckinridge

To start with, the unit was exactly as described and the photos are accurate, including the stunning view from the living area. It is located about 2 blocks from Main Street Breckinridge with restaurants, shopping, etc. There is also a hiking trail about 2 blocks away.The manager is responsive to messages.We stayed in summer, and enjoyed the fresh air our entire stay. It would get a bit stuffy in the living room when the sun directly shone in during the afternoons. But A/C pretty much doesn't exist in Breckinridge. High temps were about 70 with low humidity. And it got quite chilly at night. (We didn't try the heater; we like it cold.)Kitchen was well appointed and we had splenty of sundries for the trip. Only thing we had to buy was toilet paper, we never ran out of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, etc.We had no problem accomodating 6 people.Parking is tight; the unit is only allocated one spot and there are pillars everywhere that made it difficult for our rental Wagoneer. There were a few spots outside that we tended to use. Anything larger than a crossover will find many of the spots narrow.Internet was excellent, I measured 100 Mbps over Wi-Fi which is more than enough for WFH or anything else you need to take care of.Unfortunately the toilets are the old "standard" size (most toilets in the US are elongated) which was inconvenient for us.Overall, an excellent condo and we would stay there again.

Almost Ski In / Ski Out

Even though this property is not on 4 O'clock run, it should be considered ski in/ski out. It is located about 100 yards from both skier drop points of 4 O'clock run. The unit is a bit dated but very clean and well stock with towels, paper products, soaps, shampoos, spices etc. The unit is very close to one of the property hot tubs. Definitely would stay again or recommend to a friend,

Fantastic property

Excellent property, was able to ski to the front door of the condo with the 4 o’clock run each day. We would definitely return. Everything is within walking distance. Great restaurants and bars. Condo was very close to the gondola and made skiing a breeze. You will NOT be disappointed. The hot tub is very close to the condo and we made great use of it.

Great place to stay in Breckenridge, just 2 short block walk to downtown Breck and gondola for slopes. Loved the hot tub on cold winter nights. Property manager great to work with and answered any questions immediately. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip to Breckenridge.

This condo is not only in a great location with easy access to the mountain and the town but is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. It is equipped with everything you need for a very enjoyable stay.

Clean and a great location

This property was very clean which was important to me. There were ample supplies - dishes, towels, shampoo. Easy to communicate with owner. We used the hot tub which was also clean and nice. The 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds is a little odd bc it’s not really a room w/o a window. It worked for us though. Also liked that there were games in the condo.

Great family friendly condo

Love the location! The condo was clean & there was lots of room. My kids are teens and the bunks were a bit tight for them because they are tall, but this would be a great place for those with younger (or not so tall!) kids. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of hiking and biking.

My family stayed here for three days and we loved the location. The condo was great and exactly what we expected. We loved that we could walk to the downtown area. We went horseback riding just a short drive away. Daniel was always in contact if needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Property was amazing! Extremely clean, easy check-in, plenty of room, and perfect location to walk to Peak 8 or catch a quick bus ride over to Park 9. Not to mention the easy walk to Main Street for shopping and dinner every evening! We would definitely book this place again!

Ski Hill

This unit was great for our group and our family’s intentions on this trip. It housed 5 of us comfortably. The 3 bedrooms had 3 adjacent full baths so nobody had any issues. Access to go snowboarding on the mountains was not difficult at all; Breck Connect Gondola was a short walk away. Beds were comfortable, including the bunk beds. And the owner gave excellent instructions prior to check in and check out so there was no questions or problems.
