It is an incredibly spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath home, that features 3 outdoor spaces to enjoy stunning views of the Nashville Skyline, plenty of games, areas to relax, furniture to sun bathe from, grilling & dining, seating to watch TV or read a book and even a cozy fire pit to tell stories around. The main roof top terrace is over 800sqft and showcases a Ping Pong table and Corn Hole boards amongst many other delightful activities…

The garage has been expertly converted into an entertainment area with the focal point being the Karaoke stage, equipped with microphones, stools & karaoke machine. Your viewing audience can comfortably enjoy the show from one of the cozy seats and couches, while others enjoy a game of pool on our slate bed pool table.
Despite the garage being converted to this wonderful themed area, there is still adequate parking outside for 2/3 vehicles (be sure to not block anyone else’s garage access), and additional street parking if necessary.

Moving on to the main living spaces within the home, you will find a splendid open kitchen that looks into the living room area, featuring a large eat-in island with 4 bar stools, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, side-by-side fridge freezer, microwave, tiled backsplash, wet bar coffee station with secondary prep sink and every cooking utensil and appliance you could desire.

The living room contains spacious seating with wrap around leather couches, a designer foosball coffee table and a large flat screen TV for watching your favorite shows. This entertainment space flows into a small dining area and out onto a covered porch that is an intimate setting with comfy outdoor seating and even a table and chair for 2 set up to enjoy a morning coffee or romantic glass of wine.

On the ground floor there is a large ensuite bedroom and bathroom with a King sized bed and huge walk-in shower. The main level contains another spacious bedroom that has 2 queen beds, mounted flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet and bathroom access. The third floor has 2 more suites (including the master) & a laundry room. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, mounted flat screen TV, bathroom featuring double vanities & a walk-in shower and finally it has an enormous walk out patio with lovely views and plenty of space to relax. The fourth bedroom also located on the third level contains 2 more queen beds and has its own bathroom access.

For additional optional sleeping arrangements, we also keep 2 rollaway twin beds at the property.
