The private rooftop deck makes for a fun-filled perch any time of the day and is a great place to hang out with your friends and loved ones while admiring the skyline view.

Beautifully appointed, this family-friendly home includes two chef's dream kitchens with huge center islands anchoring the open space. Granite countertops and a coffee and cocktail bar add a real wow factor. Two elegant dining tables are seating six each. Two living rooms provide plenty of comfortable space to unwind and relax with your loved ones. Each living area is outfitted with fireplaces, a sofa, an array of chairs, flatscreen TVs, and two convenient office desk nooks.

With an enviable locale, you can enjoy quick access to upscale dining, vibrant nightlife, and all the action downtown. Explore the nearby Gulch District or 12 South with boutiques, music stores, and art galleries, or walk a half-mile to Music Row.

Okay place

Did not know it was 2 separate houses. Check in was not smooth. We didn’t get the codes to the house, then gave us wrong codes, one front door didn’t work so we had to use the garage.

Very disappointing

While this property is in a central location & has potential, it is very clear that the upkeep & maintenance is not happening. The most concerning issue was that the bedroom my daughter & I slept in had clear mold damage on the ceiling. Completely unacceptable & a hinderance to our health. The chair and couch covers had dirty footprints all over them. The walls need painting and have splotches on them from a crap job of touch up paint. The description is not accurate. This is actually two separate units and we were under the impression we would all be together in one house. I contacted the number provided to me via text to report the above issues, and they never responded back to me. We were so disappointed with this rental & will no longer rent vacation homes if they use vacasa.

The House is not the problem, The Management Co IS!!

The house was inaccessible the first day of our stay. The key codes provided were WRONG, which was the main complaint listed in previous reviews. The management company couldn’t have cared less. Also every review that provided feedback about paint, furniture, deck floorboards… not addressed. However overall the house was fine and a good location. I would not rent from this management company again. Insist on lockbox codes (not the door code) before you arrive.

Nice and big house in a good location

We really liked the house but did think the furniture was run down and stained. Also the whole place needs a new coat of paint. Just looks beat up. The house was clean and the beds were good. The heating situation is a little bit confusing bc it was hot on the main floor but very cold upstairs despite us changing the thermostat. The windows are drafty so this may be the cause. We also had the wrong garage code for one of the 2 places we rented which was resolved. Overall was a decent place in a good location.

Great Location but Needs TLC

Great location close to Broadway, 12 South, the Gulch etc. Main con was that we were not provided with the right code prior to check in and it was a big headache to get ahold of someone. Entering through the garage was also a pain and they should use a front door code. It seems that this is the case with many renters based on the other reviews. The house has great potential with nice furniture but it has taken a serious beating with markings on all the walls/dirty walls. I see many people have mentioned this but the fact they haven’t taken action shows they don’t care. We did love the rooftop terrace and all the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Our bed was comfortable and it was nice they provided toiletries.

Mediocre place

The price is right for the size. You must know that this is two separate units next to each other. Only access is through the front door or garage. Area was quiet and close to Broadway. It’s a 3 story home and LOTS of stairs. Not the easiest carrying luggage up and down. Roof top on both units needs attention and should replace the decking before someone seriously gets hurt. Cleaning crew should be fired as we found food under the tv stand in one of the bedrooms. Mold on shower curtains and in washer. Not just a little mold. It was a lot. Fridge in unit a doesn’t work well as the ac doesn’t either. There was a cockroach found in the house, ants, and tiny orange spiders on the walls and ceiling. I called and they had the cleaning crew come back out. They wiped the spiders down but left the food. I was told it wasn’t a deep clean even though I asked the black floors be cleaned as well. If you can look past all of this, it is a nice place. Our bed in the master was extremely comfortable. Other beds not so much.

Property front door code did not work we had to climb over a very dangerous rock bridge to get to the garage. All of the mattress were stained without mattress covers. Very hard to sleep because this made us feel like the place was dirty.

Nashville Birthday Trip 6 ladies

Convenient to Downtown! Ubers were great getting there in a few minutes. It’s a double unit so had to split up. 3 story with lots of steps!!! Both need painting not just touch up! Dishwashers need looked at as all 6 of us tried to get them started to no avail! Furniture needs cleaned but they decorated nicely, bedrooms spacious, & contemporary.. 3 bedroom units with two tub/showers & one walk in shower each unit! Kitchen had the necessary items to cook, and eat.

Disappointed

This space definitely felt worn and like a party house. I was disappointed with check in- we weren't given code and had to try several times to get accurate codes for all doors- still didn’t have both front and garage codes for both units by end of stay. Kitchens weren’t well stocked. Beds not made well- done lacking fitted sheet and/or blanket. Overall mediocre visit. I have managed a Vrbo in the past and feel these necessities shouldn’t have to be chased down. They did respond to our requests quickly which I’m grateful for.

Good rental with room for improvement

The units were very spacious, had great amenities, and the area was quiet! We had issues entering the unit and had to wait an additions hour to enter it. Guest services responded quickly to try to resolve the issue. However, the garage door issues with unit A persisted throughout the entire stay which was a huge inconvenience! Unit A needs a paint job asap! Other than those things, we enjoyed our time.

Friends trip 2024

We had a great time in Nashville. Nashville Majesty is a great place to stay. It is walking distance to Broadway 1.8 miles to Kid Rocks bar. The rooms were large the kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room. Plenty of bathrooms here. 2 car garage to park you car. There is 3 flights of stairs to get to roof top patio. Felt safe and secure while staying here. TV in living room could be bigger. Over all great place to stay. Thanks Marcus H. NC USA
