The name says it all, this home Serenity Shores!! If you are looking for some of the longest range views on Lake Norman with a nearly flat lot, you have found the place - WOW, views for days!!

Bring your family and friends together and escape to this charming lake home with an open kitchen, dining, and family room floor plan - just a perfect place to hang out after a day on the water! This home is completely furnished including a fully equipped kitchen that is ideal for entertaining. Enjoy a spacious backyard and great amenities including charcoal grill, corn hole boards, 1 kayak, and 1 paddle board, SMART TVs, an arcade game in the bunk room, lakeside hammocks, large private walk-in beach access & much much more!

....and after enjoying a day on the water, go relax by the lakeside fire pit &inside of the fenced in backyard and enjoy those summer nights with a side of s'mores & amazing Lake Norman Views!

The house is ideal for a group of up to 10. In the main house, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths....and then if a part of the group wants their own private place to get away, you have a separate guest house with a combo bedroom/living area and a private full bathroom!

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Please note: there is a security camera is on the NW corner of the guest cottage for your safety. It captures some of the front yard, all of the side yard and some of the beach.

Everything and more!

The house was even better than advertised. Super clean. Very comfortable and spacious. Appreciated the pet friendliness very much. Great beach and lake access. No need to haul your kayaks over the rocks. Walk straight into the lake. The owners even stopped by to check on us because the power was out in the area. They brought a freshly baked warm, apple pie! Wonderful hospitality!

Too much shade

The house itself was perfect. It was very clean, and the kitchen could not have been stocked any better! All the furniture was in great condition and you could tell they thought about kids a lot! I thought the home was done very thoughtfully, and I was very happy and comfortable. my biggest complaint is that the yard gets next to no sun so we had to be on the dock or in the boat in order to have sun. Secondly, this house is in desperate need of a pest control company. There were sugar ants in the kitchen, and absolutely every nook and cranny of the exterior was covered in cobwebs , as well as all the furniture around the fire pit and the dock. That needs to be cleaned off and taken care of.

Great waterfront location

We picked this property for its location, waterfront and dock for the boat, with a great sized sand Beach for easy launching of our kayaks and space for little ones to play. The fenced grass yard was awesome for our dog and for yard games we brought. The house is adorable and farmhouse- lake house style, and we were able to find everything we needed easily. The separate cottage was comfortable and quiet for our parents to stay, and kids loved venturing over there for the pac man machine. This house checked all the boxes and we had a great time! Our only concern was there didn’t seem to be a smoke alarm in the main area by the kitchen.
