The three bedroom, two bathroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, free Wi-Fi access, and a furnished balcony. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The primary bath has dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a king size bed, and the second comes with two single beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for an extra two guests. The shared guest bath features a combination shower/tub and a single vanity. The full kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It has everything you would need to cook a home-cooked meal in.

Enjoy the great amenities such as a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. There are also bike and kayak rentals available for guests to use. Bike helmets and bike locks are also available. The property offers access to their business center with computers and a printer, as well as faxing available at the front desk. You can enjoy the beach, go on an Everglades Tour, go sightseeing for dolphins, and much more nearby. Plus the property has a shuttle to take you to and from the two closest and most beautiful beaches with ease. The property supplies chairs and coolers for guests as well (Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis). They offer a variety of equipment in a friendly and clean environment.

The property has beach chairs and coolers for guests to use. Please inquire at the front desk. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Umbrellas for the beach are available to rent for $20 and based on availability. Price subject to change.

The property offers complimentary parking for regular sized vehicles. There is no RV and oversized vehicle parking available.

There is an area to park your boat. Advanced reservations at the property are necessary, as there are only four spaces for guests to use.
