Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Great to be able to walk to so many nice restaurants. The porches were lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had about dining etc. We would stay again! Plus we were in walking distance to restaurants and shop

Great gem on Marco!

Charming gem on Marco Island with a great location. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance, private access to the ocean was perfect and Nathalie was great and kept in touch during our entire trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again!

Great residence. Very attentive and communicative host (Nathalie rocks). And as the other reviews said; the beds were very comfortable for all four of us.

Our host, Natalie, was very welcoming and took her time showing us her condo. She wanted to make sure we felt comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!!! If we could, we would have given her 6 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Lovely family vacation on Marco!

Property was in a quiet location on the north end of the island. The private access to the beach on the southern part of the island cannot be overstated enough with how valuable it was. You're guaranteed free parking, and within a 5-10 min walk ( we were limited by the speed of a 2 year old!), you're in the ocean. Nathalie was an incredibly communicative and welcoming host! She went above and beyond to ensure our family enjoyed our time!

Awesome weekend getaway

Awesome location. Can’t say enough about the private parking and beach access. Nathalie went above and beyond to help us out after I made the mistake of getting the dates screwed up. We were there a day early. She helped us out so that we were able to extend our stay on the island. She also was a great source for recommendations on food options and things to do. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

Great place to stay in sunny Marco Island!!

We really enjoyed the quiet complex. Pool was fantastic. Nice and warm even on a little bit cooler day. The place to park by the beach was used every day (sometimes multiples times!). The apartment is clean - unique with that spiral staircase. Worked out well for me to stay downstairs and the college age girls to use the upstairs. The host, Nathalie, was fantastic with communication - and had lots of patience with my dumb questions! :) We would rent again.

Overnight stay

Natalie, our hostess, was extremely accommodating, making sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The unit is located on both the second and third floor and does have an elevator, but it is some distance away from the unit, and there are still steps to be encountered the unit itself needs considerable updating. The bathrooms are all and the living room layout could use some further thought. The TVs are new, but lacking instruction. Natalie was more than willing to come back and explain everything to us but if there had been a binder would’ve made more sense.

Great location, clean, comfortable beds

The location of this property is fantastic. You can easily walk to the Snook Inn for a fabulous meal or drinks, or just as easily you can walk to The Smith House for a great breakfast. It was convenient to have a parking spot, too. It was great to have Nathalie meet me at the property to show me around and answer any immediate concerns. I also appreciated having a pass to be able to park and easily access the beach (something that can be a challenge on Marco)! It was a wonderful beach access. The unit itself was very clean. A TV in the main room and one in each bedroom made it easy to please anyone. They are ROKU tvs so you can easily sign in to any of your own subscriptions as well as use the free apps. We had not issue with the TV. Pay attention to the fact that this is a two story townhome. The bedroom upstairs is accessible via the outside stairs or an indoor spiral staircase. We had no issue with this fact but others may especially those with mobility issues, so it is good to know ahead of time to prevent a disappointment. Beds super comfortable! I would definitely stay here again as the location, beach access, pool at property, canal view and sincerely helpful host—Nathalie—is worth it! Thanks for a lovely week!

After falling in love with Marco island, I decided to share this slice of paradise with those like-minded acquitances and friends who really enjoy the water, gorgeous weather, the nicest people & the feeling of being "away"/island lifestyle. Kick back your shoes, burry your toes in the snow-white sand and enjoy the magnificent beauty of SW FL.

Please note that Phase 2 of the construction ( full remodel of the complex) will take place starting mid January 2027 thru mid to late March of 2027

This property is sitting right on the canal with different wildlife show to watch every day right from your upstairs terrace. Dolphins, manatees and sea turtles to name a few.
This property also has a deeded dock for your boat. A small charge applies to help pay the maintenance fees. Direct access to the gulf.
This property is also unique as it contains two floors with the totally separate entrance/access to the penthouse, hence very private from downstairs
