This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two story private condo is spacious and tastefully decorated. On the first floor there is a large living area with a 60" TV and entertainment center which looks out to a large sliding glass door and the private deck. The fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, has plenty of counter space and cabinets, and a bar-height kitchen counter top. There is also a separate eat-in kitchen with table and pantry.

Two of the three bedrooms are located on the second floor and have their own private full bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed and cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with cable TV. The third bedroom is located on the first floor with two twin-sized beds, smart TV and full bathroom.

This spacious two story villa has a spectacular location, with the private deck with chairs overlooking the pool. It's walking distance to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. It's also walking distance to the new Celebration Park and Adventure Playground!

Great experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Close to beach. Rental was updated

The master bathroom upstairs smelled of dog urine really bad. Do not shut the door when you leave or you wont be able to stomach the smell when you come back. The master bath shower was not cleaned at all. And there was urine on the floor near the toilet. The sink also was uncleaned. The dryer ran continuously. Once i realized it didnt shut off at the end of the cycle and checked my clothing, a few articles of our clothing had burn marks on them. Didnt expect it to run all night long. There were towels and socks on the floor beside the dryer as well. The unit has been recently updated. It was def nice and quaint. was within walking distance to the beach even with the kids. Also a bike rental a short distance away. And not far from Coligny. We did enjoy our stay. Not sure if id stay at this rental again due to cleanliness. This has been our 3rd time to the island but our first time checking into a place that was still so dirty even though i had to pay a cleaning fee.

What a Gem! Perfect Location! Clean And Spacious

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the time you walk in, you know you are on vacation! Clean and spacious. Something for everybody: Walk to the beach, ride you bike on the sand or shopping, next to pool, or walk to HH's beautiful Nature Preserve. Got in 2 rounds of golf! Loved the thoughtful details: Ritz-like towel presentation, elegant soaps, and a great comfy couch. Three bathrooms: what a plus! We will be back!!

Great condo in HHI

This condo is in a great location for exploring HHI. You can easily walk /bike to the beach, it's in the Coligny Beach area, and also very close to Sea Pines. Great to have three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. This is by far the best stocked vrbo I have stayed in!The kitchen had everything you would need and more. It was also very spacious. Although the condo could use a little updating, it was very clean and well decorated. We would definitely return!
