Bienvenue sur l'île! Super emplacement et belle villa à Sea Pines

Belle villa de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain située à Sea Pines! Situé près de l'océan (7 minutes à pied ou 2 minutes en vélo), à côté du 4th Tee Box du nouveau parcours de golf Heron Point, et juste en face de la réserve forestière de Sea Pines. Pêche à votre porte arrière dans le lagon (oui faites attention aux alligators!), putting green privé et sur place Court de tennis! Parking juste en face de la Villa, donc pas de monter les escaliers ou d'attendre les ascenseurs, et personne au-dessus de vous. King Master Bedroom & Queen Bedroom à l'étage chacune avec salle de bain privée, 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre en bas avec accès direct au bain. De plus, le canapé du salon se transforme en un lit queen-size si nécessaire. Un grand patio arrière avec un nouveau grill et des vues magnifiques sera certainement votre café préféré le matin et votre cocktail le soir.
Harbour Town se trouve à 4 minutes en voiture et le New Sea Pines Beach Club est à moins de 1,6 km en bas de la plage. Pistes cyclables à votre porte d'entrée pour des balades amusantes partout dans Sea Pines ou au-delà. De nombreuses sociétés de location de vélos au choix avec des vélos livrés à votre porte. Jouez au golf partout autour de vous ici, Harbour Town Golf Links à moins de 5 minutes et les plus récents parcours de villégiature Sea Pines Atlantic Dunes de Davis Love III et Heron Point de Pete Dye sont situés presque dans votre cour arrière. Équitation ou ferme pour animaux? Les belles écuries de Sea Pines Lawton sont à environ 3 minutes.

CHANGEMENT D'ACCÈS À LA PLAGE 2019- - (Marche / Vélo à la plage depuis ma villa sans soucis de parking !!) :)
Informations importantes pour les autres locataires à Sea Pines !!- un accès très limité et un parking extrêmement limité à / près de la plage avec de nombreuses propriétés locatives qui nécessiteront un trajet en chariot jusqu'à la plage avec des heures, des sièges et des équipements de plage limités que vous pouvez emporter sur ces chariots. Lignes et attente, conduite vers un parking et parking .... Le Sea Pines Beach Club limite les locataires à 50 places de stationnement par jour et celles-ci sont parties avant 8 heures du matin et le lot a un participant pour limiter l'accès. Plantation Club en face du club de plage, le stationnement ne sera pas autorisé en 2019 comme les années précédentes. Soyez prudent lorsque vous choisissez votre location de vacances.

The house was very comfortable for the 6 of us for our weeks stay. We loved sitting outside and watching the gators and wild life. We saw many birds including an owl and also had a deer tun right by one morning. We also enjoyed the close proximity to The Beach Club and the walking paths that we used every day to get our 3 mile walk in. We would recommend the rental to anyone looking for a great stay in Hilton Head!

Easy check-in. David is on top of everything and quick to respond. We love his place as it is close to the beach has a great backyard view and plenty of space for us.We've stayed in Sea Pines for several years now and once we found David's it's been our go to!

LOCATION: Something for everyone. Very short walk to an uncrowded stretch of beach. Good fishing 15 yards from the back door. Gator watching from the back porch. Easy walk or bike to shopping, restaurants, bars, music.VILLA: Great layout (we had 5 adults). Plenty of room, and everything was in good order. Convenient hidden service yard for bikes and beach equipment with hose bib to spray sand off before entering villa.FACILITATION: Owners communicated all details we needed in advance without prompting. Were highly responsive to our questions.Would happily stay at again.

The location (close to the beach) was amazing, the accommodations were comfortable, and the backyard ambience (lagoon, alligator watching and putting green) was fun & tranquil. Can’t wait to go back and stay again!

Great Family Vacation

Very impressed with our stay. The property was just as described and incredibly clean when we arrived. The hosts were great about communication leading up to the trip, answering any questions we had. They even let us know we could check in a couple of hours early if we would like. The three bedrooms are quite spacious and each having their own bathroom is really nice. The kitchen is very well stocked and included things we normally have to pickup ourselves (coffee filters, napkins, etc). The patio area on the back provides a nice view of a lagoon where we saw plenty of birds and a few alligators. We have always stayed at Palmetto Dunes. But David said he hoped we would find Sea Pines more enjoyable after this stay and I think he was right. Sea Pines has a more laid back feeling overall and the beach felt less populated than we’ve seen on the north side of the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Mid-June in HHI

The villa was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the artwork throughout the space! David is a great host, he answered all of our questions, was very responsive and super nice. We will absolutely be staying here again.The location is excellent just a short walk to the beach or even shorter bike ride. The Villa is equipped with anything and everything that you should need other than food and other basic items. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and items.If you’re looking for an excellent stay in Sea Pines on Hilton head Island you should definitely choose this Villa look no further!

Perfect spot for us

This was our 14th year at HHI and have settled on this place as perfect for us for thr last 3 years. As the 5 stars suggest, the house fits the bill in every way. The location is great for a variety of activities. Close to golf, the ocean and a short drive to Harbour Town marina. Very convenient and we hope to be back.

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful time in David's townhome on Hilton Head. The location could not be beat and with four children ranging in ages from teenagers to toddlers, we needed something for everyone. With a putting green essentially in the backyard and the beach an easy 5-6 minute walk away, this property checked all of the boxes for our family of six. Having a full kitchen, and access to a washer/ dryer was also a huge benefit. Sea Pines is the best place to stay in Hilton Head and I would highly recommend David's home.

Wonderful Home!!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. The view of the water and golf course when you walk in are stunning. Location is our favorite in Sea Pines. Quick walk to the beach and fun bike ride to all parts of Sea Pines. Appreciated the free tennis court and putting green right out front. Our son caught two fish from the pretty bridges behind the home. Home is impeccably clean. Loved the bathtub with water view. Plenty of room for our family. Thanks for a fun week!

Annual Family Vacation Head Trip

As always, we had a wonderful family vacation. The villa is well cared for and very clean. We noticed some nice updates this year! When you walk in the door you see the beautiful view of the lagoon and putting greens. The kids love seeing the fish jumping, alligators swimming or sunning, the beautiful birds flying or walking around. They even have binoculars to use. Great entertainment for any age! We love the convenience of the close walk to the beach, playing tennis in the courts or having our annual family putting challenge across the lagoon behind the villa. A great bonus is the availability to get in touch with the host if needed. They're quick to respond.

Recent Sea Pines stay

The property owner David was very attentive to any and all issues. From a location standpoint the condo was an easy bike ride to the beach, the beach club, harbor town and sea pines center. However the unit truly needs updated especially the beds and bathrooms - very uncomfortable beds.

Great vacation rental

Stayed with my family of 5 (wife and three teenage boys). Close to everything and plenty of space for all of us. Communication with David was fantastic (actually best I’ve ever had with any property owner through VRBO). Putting course was a hit. Tried fishing but only caught a few small fish. Two gators kept us entertained throughout the week. Definitely would rent this house again.

Great summertime stay

My wife and I booked this location for our first ever 2 week vacation and we nailed it! What a great place. Everything listed about the property was spot on. The property owners were super responsive to a couple of quick questions we had. The walk to the beach was peaceful and quick and we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting in the backyard watching the alligators watch us! The A/C unit was top notch, especially welcomed with the heat and humidity we had! Great time!

Our 2nd year at this place, although we have been coming to the island for about 15 years. Very clean and comfortable. Everything is very close by. Both the practice putting green and the ocean are short walks away. Harbour Town, plenty of restaurants and golf are within a 5 minute drive. We’re already planning next year’s trip.

Home Away from Home

This is our 2nd year renting and we will be back again next year. Such a great vacation spot. We park our car and bike ride easily everywhere. Harbor Town, Salty Dog, Mellow Mushroom, Lawton Stables, Cologne shops, even the grocery store. The walk to the beach is not far at all. Close also is the Beach Club. We use the putting greens daily even have a put-put challenge with little ones and adults. Added fishing this year from the bridge (catching 2, one small and one 15/18”). Also used the tennis court. If ever a rainy day the view of the pond through the huge windows is beautiful and relaxing. Seeing the fish jumping, alligators swimming or sunning and variety of birds. Had all we need inside and out. 😊 David is such a great Host. Accommodating and available if needed.

Fantastic HHI location!

My family (self, husband, 19yr old, 14 yr old) rented David’s Sea Pines villa for our first visit to HHI. We absolutely loved this rental and the location couldn’t be best! We loved being in Sea Pines and having access to everything there. The beach was a quick 7 minute walk from the house and was accessed by paved trails. It was so easy to get to the beach any time we wanted to explore. The villa was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I’m incredibly picky about vacation rentals and have extremely high standards when it comes to cleanliness. Our family has stayed in numerous rentals over the past 15 years and this is easily one of my favorites! I never felt grossed out or found anything negative about the rental. David was an excellent host and responded to all of my requests for information before and during our stay. Since we have older children, we like to rent places that provide each of us with our own sleeping/bathroom space. This villa was set up perfectly for our needs with three very comfortable bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. I would absolutely rent this villa from David again! You really can’t go wrong choosing this rental for your HHI vacation!
