TOP LEVEL WATER VIEWS at this perfect island getaway! Have your morning coffee on the shaded balcony and watch the boaters sail by. The unit has been RENOVATED with new furnishings, flooring, and kitchen amenities. A private boat slip is available for guests to dock their own boat, jet skis, or kayaks. Sip on your wine in the evenings and gaze at the gorgeous island sunset views and occasional dolphin sightings!

Each bedroom comes with new plush, high-end mattresses and bedding. Two bedrooms offer desk space with high-speed internet for guests who need to balance working remote while on vacation. There are two full bathrooms and separate laundry room with full size Washer and Dryer.

THE LIVING ROOM has a wet bar for guests to entertain with a wine cooler – blender, shaker, and cocktail glasses included. Kick your feet up on the NEW plush sectional reclining sofa as of June 2022 and watch a movie on the new 65 inch High Def 4K smart tv. Netflix is provided for guests.

There are LOTS of fish in the canal which makes fishing from the dock tons of fun with the family! This is a quiet and family-friendly community with meticulous upkeep of the grounds by our property manager. A small community pool and hot tub is available. Enjoy the on-site fish cleaning station and grills for a cook-out.

Whitecap beach is a quick 1.5 mile drive away with GOLF CART rentals nearby. A community park with kid-friendly amenities and running trail is within walking distance from this property.

Tranquility on the water

We absolutely loved this property! We had great communication with Joanna. It was comfortable with plenty of room for our entire family. Everyone enjoyed a good night sleep in the comfy beds. The A/C was cold! That’s always a plus at the island. It had everything we needed to make a few meals “at home”. We got to enjoy the pool in the evening and watch the sunset from the balcony overlooking the water. It was very peaceful and quiet. The condo is located super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It’s only a 10 minute drive (or less) to Port Aransas and to Padre Island National Seashore. We loved our stay and will be back.

Cute place!

We had a great time in Texas, but having this townhome to come to each day while we where there made it better! Super cute and comfy place! Very clean place and the pool was great too. Very clean! Great communication with the owner!

Perfect family getaway!

We had an incredible stay! The condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was fully stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed to make our meals, to include a crockpot for pulled pork sandwiches:) Our hosts did an amazing job at making sure we had everything we needed to truly kick back and relax. The water was perfect for paddle boarding and the beach was just a quick drive down the road. What we truly enjoyed the most was the beautiful sunsets and the time spent at night enjoying the stars/water/cocktails (thank you so much for the sweet treats) and each others company. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

Corpus fishing trip

we really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was very clean and spacious. having the dock was a huge plus for us. we were able to have our fishing guide pick us up right off the dock. The kids set a crab trap and caught several blue crabs which we released. Highly recommend!!

Our dream has been to own a property on the island and we began our hunt for the right match in 2020. Once we stepped into this unit, we fell in love with layout, the beautiful canal views, and the sunsets. We spent the summer of 2021 remodeling the unit while also living here with our kids and working remote. The amount of happiness and peace this property has brought us is just priceless. There is no place we’d rather be than right here in this unit. We are hoping others have the same experience staying here as we do and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated to go back to the realities of work and school.
