- Seventy (70) dB(A) between the hours of 8:01 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and between the hours of 7:01 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday. - Sixty (60) dB(A) between the hours of 11:01 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Sunday.
- Eighty-five (85) dB(A) for sound that both originates from and is received on property within the Entertainment District, at all times.

Host was very responsive, Well stocked with paper goods ,Pool was good little smaller than we thought but still nice. Overall above average stay, Inside was clean with plenty of toiletries. Kitchen was also stocked with soaps and supplies

Pool overlooking the bay was fantastic!

This is our third time to Corpus/North Padre. Really loved the outdoor area at this rental - the pool and spa with water features (including the pretty lights at night!) overlooking the bay were THE best! Shanan is a very helpful and responsive VRBO host. If you've never been to North Padre, you really need a car and/or golf cart rental to get anywhere, and the vibe is very low key. Great place to be if you love to fish! This rental is very close to good bay fishing and surf casting on Mustang Island.

Very Relaxing

This was the best property we have stayed at in the area. We found the pool and backyard to be very relaxing. The home was clean and well stocked. We would definately try to stay here again if we return to the area in the future.

This place had it all...a pool, canal access, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! We had three adutls and two kids and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was fully stocked and very clean. stocked

Everything was wonderful. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed. Loved all the upgrades, a really great place. Had no issues and Shannon was a wondercul host. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi and we even jumped in the canal.

Great place to stay

Clean and very comfortable house. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Location is conveniently close to restaurants, groceries and beaches. Hostess was very nice and checked in with us to make sure all was going okay. Loved, loved our time here.

Family Getaway

The property overall was pretty much what was advertised. Location was great to get to beach, restaurants and grocery store. A few things need to be addressed; front door entry pad was very finicky, sometimes responded on first try and most it took multiple attempts, back door was would stick, hard to open and close, some patio tiles were sunken making it hard for people with mobility challenges , and no hot water in kitchen sink. With that being said we would book this property again.

Nice home with great outdoor space.

Great location on Padre island and is close to public beach access. We only used one bedroom and chose this home for the outdoor space/pool and water view. It has an attentive property manager/owner, and it was a clean and comfortable house to stay in for a long weekend. We would go back and recommend booking a vacation there.
