The house is beautiful and spacious. It was clean, the parking lot as great and it was right next to the beach and some restaurants and bars. This place was amazing and we will stay again.

We were happy with the home and would stay here again. More toilet paper would have been helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, although a couple pans could use replacement. It was an easy walk/drive to the beach, and the back porch and upper balcony were pleasant. The host gave us most of the relevant info; we didn’t know where to throw out the garbage initially, but found it.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Perfect location, nicely furnished and spacious enough for the entire family. The pool was really nice and the communication was outstanding.

Perfect location for staying near beach. Parking is a little crowded if you are bringing more than 2 cars. Otherwise place was very nice

Nice Family Condo Near White Cap Beach

Very nice and clean condo. It’s fully equipped and spacious enough for a family weekend. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Location is near beach.

Spring break

Perfect for our stay

Perfect place for what we needed! Cute, clean place to stay for our trip to the beach! Tons of supplied beach toys! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, garage fit my Yukon XL! Fantastic communication with owner!

Family Vacation

Our family stayed here for a week over spring break. Good location! Easy walk to the beach! The host had quick responses to all question. Loved our vacation! It was nice to have beach chairs, wagon and toys available.

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. There was plenty of space to both spend time as a family and also not feel like you're on top of each other. We had everything we needed. The bedding was comfortable and the pillows especially were amazing! Communication was great! Every question from the time we booked you the time we left was answered quickly.

Great time at the beach!

Beach condo was terrific. My kids loved it. The host was great. The condo was clean and exactly as described. No issues at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach Vacation

The property was very spacious, which was great for our group of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to retreat to their own spaces. The beach was a 10 minute walk. There are also restaurants and stores nearby. We really enjoyed the proximity to Padre Island National Seashore.

Wonderful Family Time

We had such fun during our visit. It was hard to leave. We had a couple issues arise while there and Tim went above and beyond to address them immediately and was so approachable and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Summer kickoff

We had a great time at the beach, largely and parked to this perfect location. It was close enough to the fun but far enough for the quiet in the evening. The kids had plenty of room to spread out and play the teenagers had enough space for their alone time…. We used every amenity from the pool to the WEBER barbecue pit and quaint backyard space. We definitely would go again and highly recommend.

New years reunion

We had a wonderful time as a family reunion during New Year’s at this location. We had everything we needed, and the host communicated well any time we had a problem. We were only two blocks from the beach, and they allow bonfires on the beach, which added to our wonderful weekend.

I am glad you enjoyed your reunion. Not everyone take advantage of the bonfire on the beach I am glad you had a great time. Come back next year, remind me and I will leave some wood from our Lake property!

The only drawback was that the home was listed as a 4 bedroom, which it was not. There we're 3 bedrooms and a bed in the loft. The floors appeared clean, but our feet turned black from walking on them. The location was great, so we'd go back again in a minute!
