The Sunchaser is a cute, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 10. It is located on the 5th row in the popular Emerald II subdivision. You will feel right at home in this modern day beach house. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the Water Slide, this enchanted home offers amazing views of the ocean with quick and easy access to the beach. The kitchen brings you all the updates with hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Plenty of room to cook for the entire group. On the balcony, you can enjoy your dinner and the sun set or watch the sun rise to a morning cup of coffee. WIFI included, relax and stream your favorite TV show or movie on the smart TVs When you're done playing in the sun you can rinse off in the outdoor shower, fillet your fish at the cleaning station, or lounge in the shade in one of the many chairs below. When you're ready to chase the salty air, chase the fun, chase the sand and chase the sun... This is your home!
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Beautiful and Relaxing!!

We had a most wonderful time at this property! We were celebrating our 36th Wedding Anniversary and it was so nice and Clean!! One of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed in!! The only negatives were: 1) the hall burlap rug was a total trip hazard as I tripped on it the first time, so it got moved to the very back of the hallway where we didn't have to walk over it every time (the edges are rolled and just so dangerous in our opinion) and 2) the air-conditioning would reset sometime in the night and we would wake up to it getting pretty hot in the morning--not ideal for wanting to sleep in. There were standing fans in each room which helped, but we weren't used to them blowing on us, so we really didn't feel the benefits of it during the night/morning. The kitchen had everything we needed, even salt and pepper (as we forgot that) so we were happy we didn't have to run to the store to cook breakfast! The only other slight problem we had was the TV. It didn't want to stay connected and would have to buffer many times, some so much we just turned it off. We called about them checking it, but no one ever called back or did anything so we just watched what we could and walked on the beach all the other times. I would Highly recommend this house for a small family or couple to stay at the beach. It is very nice, very well decorated and very clean!! (Oh--and watch out for the mosquitos--we killed 10 the first night after getting everything up into the house--I hate them, so we had to make sure they were all dead before I would go to sleep--we used our bug spray the rest of the time and had no bites!!). : ) But Overall Very, Very Nice!!!!!!

Beautiful property, well appointed very clean, great location. We had a great stay had a great stay

Highly recommend the Sun Chaser to anyone looking to spend some quality time at Crystal Beach. Beds and pillows were excellent, nice clean furnishings and the A/C works great it averaged over 100 degrees every day and the house stayed at a comfortable 72 . We look forward to coming back in the fall and next summer. Thanks for sharing your special place with us. Bill N.

Perfect place

The house was perfect. They had everything you needed to cook with or grill. The rooms and bathrooms were great sizes. We loved the big kitchen and the decor was fabulous. We love the location to the beach and all the extra seating. We would definitely use again!!
